I'm fairly skeptical about leaders and leans when it comes to recruiting, and in hindsight I recollect reading that Tebow grew up a Gators fan, but if that has to be part of the legend it doesn't matter to me one way or the other. It was a long time ago but from what I recall I always assumed Tebow was going to Florida at the time only because I'd been seeing so much on Rivals boards that he was a Gator fan. I guess it's neither here nor there at this point, but I can tell you one hypothetical I'd bet on in the imaginary universe: If Tebow goes to Alabama, there is no way Cam Newton ever gets kicked out of Florida.Tebow may have never been officially committed to Shula but IIRC Bama was the leader in the clubhouse until late. Bama was a shit-show in the years between Stallings & Saban.
I'm going to leave that up to you.I’ve watched the 1st two episodes. Talk about sugarcoating. As soon as I saw Finebaum I knew what was coming. They put that together like only 20 year olds are watching this & that the SEC has dominated CFB since its inception. No mention that Bama was on the ropes w/ Mike Shula and NCAA sanctions. Saban was in the NFL. Miles hadn’t backed into his NC yet. The Arkansas team that won the West w/ McFadden/Jones/Hillis & got boat-raced by SCum 50-14.
Agreed on your last statement. The Victor Conte/BALCO episode simply re-hashed what we already knew. Johnny Football was horrible. Should I even watch the Jake Paul episode?
LOL! That’s exactly the impression I have of him from talking to my son who follows that stuff. He told me they got their start on a Disney show or something so you know they got issues.I'm going to leave that up to you.
I was going to skip it but I watched it anyway because I wasn't totally aware of who/what he is. I really took nothing from it other than we live in a pretty dumb society where an 18 year old kid can become a millionaire by acting like a slap dick on YouTube.
He and his brother also invented Prime so I'm drinking Gatorade or water for the rest of my life.
He got the Disney role predicated on his YouTube fame. Again, I really didn't know anything about him. My 7th and 6th grade daughters knew all about his back story. They had no clue who Johnny Manziel was though.LOL! That’s exactly the impression I have of him from talking to my son who follows that stuff. I was thinking similarly after watching it……almost like it was trying to garner sympathy/empathy for Meyer because he cant handle losing without degrading his health. It was still entertaining to revisit some of the history during those years.Hardly any mention of Aaron Hernandez and no mention of the Pouncey twins.
Swamp Kings ultimately feels like Urban Meyer using Netflix to rehab his image so he can come back and coach college again.
Disappointed in all of these episodes of Untold.
I like these documentaries for this very reason. Reliving the games and highlights. The Tom Brady Man in the Arena series is another one that comes to mind. Just in general, a good sports doc takes you back to those games, those moments and frames them well in the present context.I was thinking similarly after watching it……almost like it was trying to garner sympathy/empathy for Meyer because he cant handle losing without degrading his health. Wrapped up E3. It's watchable, but as others have said, it's more of a puff piece which makes me wonder if Meyer got final say over the finished product?I was thinking similarly after watching it……almost like it was trying to garner sympathy/empathy for Meyer because he cant handle losing without degrading his health. I think anyone without a connection to Gainesville was.I like these documentaries for this very reason. Reliving the games and highlights. I remember watching Florida lose both of those Auburn games vividly, particularly the 2006 game. The jump pass against LSU was another one. They were a fun talented team to watch but I was typically going against them every time.
Finished szn 4 last night, I think the ending was a bit meh. I enjoyed szn 3, I thought the double agent aspect of the russian spy was pretty captivating. Maybe I was being naive while watching szn 3, but I had a tough time figuring out if he was going to cross Jack Ryan or not.I thought szn 3 was the worst season. Not bad, just not great.
For me it's:
1. szn 1
2. szn 2
3. szn 4
4. szn 3
Maybe. A lot of people really loved Tebow and were cheering him on if not the rest of the team.I think anyone without a connection to Gainesville was.
So was Joe PaternoWatching Swamp Kings on Netflix. Man Urban Meyer was a possessed coach.
Apparently everyone is watching this.

That's for tweets, not videos:That is not what views means on Twitter. It just means that many people even passed by the tweet.
The average tweet with 5000 RTs gets 5 million views. This has 200K RTs. So that math about checks out in terms of views.
For videos:
The main Twitter video view metric is triggered when a user watches a video for at least 2 seconds and sees at least 50% of the video player in-view
Thanks for the info. I was just pulling from the definition on google. That's not a video view. That's the view count of the tweet itself.
For reference, I manage a multi-million dollar/month media strategy that includes much pre-roll video on Twitter. Not commenting politically, just simply informing as this is often confused. The video metrics you are unable to check anymore on the viewer's end.

For more info^ I’ve viewed that tweet 6 times now so that’s 6 views. Have watched 0 seconds
