I was watching. It was one of those throw your remote type of endings. Instead of letting the ball roll out for a goal kick, the defender decided to keep it in (I guess maybe she was unsure if it was going to be a corner), turns towards goal and clears it almost directly to the center circle instead of booting it out of bounds. It goes directly to an opposition player who simply tries to put it back in the box, but the goalie misjudges the bounce and is caught in between and has the ball go right over her into the goal.

yeah a lot of errors by our irish tonight but they had a lot of freshmen play who will get better as the season goes on and a lot of near misses on goal shots that'll go in later as the season go on. didn't quite look like the 3rd ranked team but i saw a lot of potential in this team also as the season moves forward.

yeah the whole challenge with this game is finding the most obscure players possible that nobody else is thinking of. Loanees are accepted to which is notable

This quote opens up a serious can of worms. This is not and should not be relevant.

Every week, doesn't matter who is playing, just past the point of inconsistency to the point that they've become 90% of the story now. Watching more Serie A so far this year and there were questionable decisions in Milan and Juventus too. The Premier League is just too much, though. Very poor, and then you get a quote like this from a referee.

Serie A isn't what it used to be, but Chelsea is a shithole and I'd rather Pulisic be there scoring goals and thriving. Just keep him fit, please.

Bologna drawing Juventus absolutely warms me.

Harry Kane is going to keep scoring. Probably more so.

irish girls team just finished a 2-2 game with 10th ranked Arkansas. can't be having too many more ties as they now already have two early in the season. the men are about to play at 7pm on accnx.
