Last season Clarence Lewis tied for second on the team with 4 PD’s. He blocked a punt, had an INT, and forced/recovered a fumble. Personally responsible for 3 TO’s. In the bowl game, he had a TFL, PD, and QB Hurry.

You have to be a unique kind of special to not think that is very good for a backup CB/DB. Not every guy is a starter and to single out a depth guy after that type of production is for the dumb dumbs.

Dumb dumbs? Dude has given up over 15 tds in 3 years

Or you watch the games and realize his pick was vs navy on a busted play and throw, he can’t cover anyone, is responsible for over 50% of the tds our dbs have given up last 2 years, saw a stat last year where like 70% of passes are completed when thrown vs him and he misses a ton of tackles. He was the Buchner on defense during the spring game.

If you can’t see how bad he is at corner, not sure what to say. He went from starting cfp as frosh to probably 6th db sr year.

It’s great you can roll out an experienced 6th db that knows the defense well, but it’s bad you know he can’t cover, and that is highly unlikely to change.

Yep, we got run on wayyyy too easy in the red zone last year. We also ran a lot of nickel in the red zone, almost a 5-1-5. That's just not enough in the box to tackle someone the Dline misses.

He wouldn’t say a word about them while they were there because he was very close with their parents. They used to drop hundreds of dollars in superchats during his show.
But since they left, he has mentioned they weren’t 100% bought in last season, shouldn’t have left early, and probably the most damning statement, “they never improved since their sophomore years.”

i remember literally the day the NIL laws changed pops had the twins on IG promoting some crappy energy drinks or protein powder or some crap like that. It just seemed very grabby and off to me

Makes a little more sense on why the coaches didn't try and get Justin to stay an extra year.
