With him, he might have already committed to the staff & just didn’t put out an announcement?
Only way we would technically know is if he, himself, goes public. ND can’t comment on unsigned players.

Or, he might just commit elsewhere. Who knows with this kid?

ISD now says their guess is before the end of August (or sooner) so with how this recruitment has been going I'd say that definitely leaves that open.

I look at it like he was contemplating going to BC for one last look and then turned around and determined it wasn't worth it.

Scuttlebutt is that Lambert went to BC with some friends & didn’t like it. It’s very rare for a kid to have a negative experience on a visit, so that probably helped ND.

3 of his teammates just signed with BC and they're recruiting 3-4 more of his teammates who will be Sophomores.

Multiple people are reporting that Lambert was underwhelmed when he went there the other day with his friends.
And if BC is thinking they can compete recruiting those kids, I see a lot more 52-0 scores in their future.

Wait, had he... not previously been to Boston College? His high school is a 15 minute drive from their campus.

I love this kid's absolute apathy for the recruiting game.

I don't think he cares. My guess is the only people that he wants to know, know already.

Lambert clearly isn't all about making a fuss about his commitment. I fully expect him to just randomly drop a commitment announcement sometime this month with zero fanfare or buildup.

Be kind of funny (and pain in our ass) if he just showed up to school here. And the coaches can't say anything, per NCAA lol.
