I’m still holding out hope on flipping Beasley too.

And I’m not getting my hopes up, but Scott didn’t commit to Miami over the weekend like everyone thought he would, & is still telling ND he will visit in the fall.
Dryskall even said his confidence is up on Scott

Miami's '24 class is surprisingly bad so far. 11 commits with only 2 4 stars. 0 commits in the top 150. Average recruit rank in the 87s. Not sure what the game plan is there.

Wiltfong has routinely stated over the years, if pOSU gets the last visit he likes their chances (in most cases). Granted, that view was stronger when Urban was at the helm, but I still think he tends to believe that.

Driskell and Ryan both just said on the 1 pm IB podcast that they would put ND's chances at around 4 on a 1 to 10 scale as of now but they don't count out the irish just yet.
That was Ryan Roberts. Driskell said he agreed if he committed this summer.
Driskell said on the weekend show it would be a 7 if Scott pushes his recruitment into fall.

If Scott commits to Miami... ND's chances are 0, even if he doesnt end up at Miami

This.
If he picks Miami, its for the money.
That will not change at ND.
If he flips, it will be to play up north.
That’s their point. They feel Scott could get caught up in Miami & commit, then when it gets closer to NSD flip to somewhere close to home. They think that would be ND.
Also, Scott didn’t commit to Miami this past weekend & Miami thought he would.

Sidenote: they said Scott & his camp age still telling ND he is visiting in the fall no matter what & also telling that to others around him.

But if playing close to home is more important than the money he won't commit to Miami in the first place. Guys don't tend to flip out of NIL deals for places that don't pay upfront.

I thought he would have committed this past weekend.
Unless UGA is calling offering more?
I think Miami was more the beach, atmosphere, etc…

It feels like since Scott is the most mid of any of these 5* soap opera battles we’ve gotten ourselves into, of course this will be the one we actually pull out somehow.

Since they "passed" on Brix. It'll be interesting to see what they do if he were to choose OSU. I really don't think you can have a 3 OL class but what do I know.
