How many Pyne's could fit in one Mills' sack?

I'm guessing at least two. Man, we have a lot of talent on the defensive line. I hope we run hockey 'line shift'-like rotations with all of this talent. It'd be a shame to not get Keanaaina or Mills or Rubio a good amount of snaps.

Craziest amount of defensive line depth I've ever seen at ND, not hyperbole. We've had some talented players but there is usually a dearth of talent behind them. Haven't heard much about Ehrensberger to this point, which isn't really surprising but I was hoping maybe he'd also force his way into the discussion.

He’s only a Sophomore. We have 3 more seasons with this young man.

I remember looking up his weight on the roster and it said like 259. Then I looked at him on the field and yelled "Bull f**king sh*t!" He was easily 280 last year and is probably pushing 285-290 right there.

He's had some gap integrity issues and bad run fits, somewhat similar to Justin A, which it seems is keeping them off the field. But, I'm with you these are guys that have to play. So, hopefully we can get them involved in a more meaningful way as the season moves along.

hes basically playing same role Myron played last year

Of his 31 snaps, only 6 were outside the tackle at DE.

Could have been somewhat matchup specific, but I think we’re seeing transition towards if it’s a true 4 DL - DEs spot, it’ll be Justin A more often than Mills. Mills back to usage last year as a swing guy or DT.

Give me Mills next to Foskey as many times as possible. Should be frequent, especially against any team not having success running the ball.

Marcus Freeman: Rylie Mills. We had a recruit in town and I saw him last night at dinner. I’m like, ‘Geez, man.’ He’s already a big dude, but he’s bigger. He looks really good.

I hope this is the year. He's has steady progression, but I also feel like the two off-seasons he has been hyped more than the product on the field. He hasn't been bad by any means, but really hoping he takes off this season.

I think he showed up well last season. His solo tackles and sacks were much like the previous season, but he doubled his assists which means he was getting to the ball more.

Unfortunately his answer seems to be more part 1 and not so much part 2.

The way golden/freeman play their SDE it made no sense to have him outside, and he did really well when inside last year. I expect him to be a monster inside this year
