Be different. Stop being a hypocrite. Every moment you show us you still have WiFi is another moment you aren’t working your ass off for free so the natives and African American population can see their justice. We should be different than the rest of the world because we were founded on the notion that we were different than the rest of the world … the self-evident truth that all men are created equal. These are sacred words in this country that you seem unable to wrap your head around.
Don’t get your robes in a knot trying to justify your own racism.Did the study take into account of values in the communities? If some communities decide putting your money into expensive cars, hydraulics, car stereos, jewelry, expensive clothes, $200 sneakers and that spreading your seed around is 'cool'.
While on the other hand, some communites believe in work, education and want to put their money in a home, save for the future, buy out of practicality rather han extravagance, marry a woman and having a family, etc.
Well, you can expect the outcomes of those communities to be equal.
I do act on it. I call out fuckhead racists like you every time they open their stupid mouths. What are you doing besides enjoying the splendor and plunder of your heritage? You “recognize” it, cool. Then act on it. Until then shut… the… fuck…. up. Go work for free in a casino or something. Maybe you can pass out free lunches to inner city kids and make yourself feel validated. Just for the sake of time I will just agree with everything you say about the past, because I think we can all agree; slavery - bad. I’ll even concede we “stole” land from the Indians. Great… but what are you doing besides “recognizing” it? Enjoy you central air, soft bed, and I assume your white neighborhood. Let’s pretend both of our families line owned slaves… how does that change our daily life?

Ah, but you can help it. You can only defend what’s happening now. I get it. Stop defending racism … right now. But you won’t. You can’t help that you are racist. And we have lived by that for 160 years. I can't help what happened before that.
Talk is cheap.I do act on it. I call out fuckhead racists like you every time they open their stupid mouths.
I personally would like to hear more about how black people enjoy luxury goods and sex, I thought I had a decent amount of both but Sea Turtle spoke of this glorious lifestyle. You guys need to move on.

So you're saying the black community works harder than the other communities then? or are they first community? That wasnt about black people. You must have assumed that due to your racism. My second example was about black people. And while everyone enjoys sex, it's the white and Asian communities of the first example that have the notoriously high fatherless home rates![]()

As Rap/Hip Hop got more popular, crime decreased. Maybe the satanic panic was right and rock music was corrupting the youth?
Also, which countries would need to be involved in reparations? The US was certainly not the only country involved, even the leaders in Africa imprisoned their own people so that they could be sold into slavery. Slavery is and was an abomination but I don’t think we can fix the past or even make up for it. We don’t need to forget about it or push it aside but have to learn from it and move forward. We still have slavery in the world and we should focus on eradicating it. At which point can we truly move forward? You can't undo the past, only work to avoid it and build a civilization all can benefit from.
Question for 41 since he's the one discussing reparations the most, but I'd like to hear from everyone on these questions:
1. Who should get reparations?
2. What reparations should be given? Should it be different for Native Americans than those who are black or were interned Asians?
3. How long should these reparations last?
So you're saying the black community works harder than the other communities then? or are they first community?
Ok so I guess you weren't hinting at them then? Or were you? Yes or noI'm saying that you're the one who said the first communities would include the black community.
Not me.
I think we all agree that slavery was bad. The Native Americans were here first. I think the dividing factor here is that some think we still owe certain groups of people. So I have to ask the question to those people who still think we owe certain groups of people what are you willing to give them? And why have you not done it yet?
Another good question to ask is why do Asians make more money than white people?
Why do Hispanics make more money than Black people?
Do women deserve some sort of reparations? I am a descendent of a woman, do I deserve a reparation as well?

Are you suggesting that "some" people can imply things with how they use their words? He said "some communities". I think he chose his words very carefully to get past the moderator Jprue. He certainly can't argue against his use of that phrase.Ok so I guess you weren't hinting at them then? Or were you? Yes or no
Learn from it ….. I don’t think that is what the current GOP agenda against wokeness will tolerate at the moment. They are banning any book in Florida that even hints at racism being perpetrated against black, no Jim Crow, no slavery, no racism is allowed to be taught at all under DeSantis right now. Also, which countries would need to be involved in reparations? That’s interesting……so what you are saying is that the Republican Party in Florida is banning every single book that has anything to do with racism of black people (I’m assuming this means that books related to discrimination of every other race is allowed) and every single book talking about “Jim Crow” voting laws? In addition, the history of racism and/or slavery is 100% blocked from being taught in any of the schools? That’s a very sweeping statement. Maybe it is more accurate to say you feel that they are restricting the curriculum too much in Florida based on your beliefs?Learn from it ….. I have tons of family in Florida. They banned Critical Race Theory, they still learn history. My niece was telling me she had just got done writing a paper specifically on Jim Crow laws that was specifically assigned to her.Learn from it ….. I didn’t mention reparations. I mentioned overturning policy and practice that targets minorities, resulting in voter suppression, uneven education, discriminatory policing and judicial results, poverty, lack of opportunity and mass incarceration. Treating people equally is the best way to begin reversing systemic discrimination. You can't undo the past, only work to avoid it and build a civilization all can benefit from.

I posted earlier that a school in Alabama banned a black student group from discussing slavery and any issues before 1970 and specifically couldn’t discuss Jim Crow the civil rights era and such. If you look at the books DeSantis banned there are all kinds of books that are written by black authors and discuss slavery or it’s impacts. I don’t have time to go through every book and explain to you but from what I have seen the list is available on line. That’s interesting……so what you are saying is that the Republican Party in Florida is banning every single book that has anything to do with racism of black people (I’m assuming this means that books related to discrimination of every other race is allowed) and every single book talking about “Jim Crow” voting laws? Thanks for your feedback and realize that some books have been publicly banned as well as some of the curriculum amended related to those topics. If you could please remind me which school in Alabama had the ban you mentioned, I would like to check it out……can’t say I saw that post.I posted earlier that a school in Alabama banned a black student group from discussing slavery and any issues before 1970 and specifically couldn’t discuss Jim Crow the civil rights era and such.
