You support mutilating children? Weird flexDo I even need to comment on this ridiculous statement?
What kind of attorney are you?You support mutilating children? Weird flex
I think I basically just said that. I said that my Christian values do not supersede your secular views (or whatever value system you have) on marriage. Everyone has a value system or code they live by… so by definition we are all narrowly minded in that system. I am a Christian, if you are calling my Christian values narrow minded then I am okay with that. I’m okay with the laws of this country going against my narrow minded Christian values. It allows a more natural design of free will. If you want to jerk off Toronto or SeekNDestroy or whatever left leaning poster on here that is your right and I am not here to stop you. We live in America, not Heaven. You do you, that is what America has provided for you.Christianity does not have an outright claim to partner joining and transfer of property. It’s been a thing with humans well before Jews wrote it down. So to make your statement clear you are for a very narrowly defined type of marriage that is not THE only way marriage has been or is allowed to exist as.

Wouldn't you like to know lol. But the kind that recognizes the problems with putting kids on drugs that stunt their development... or mutilating their genitalia. What kind of attorney are you?
I just expect attorneys to have better reading comprehension, that’s all. Maybe if I respond in “legalese” you’ll understand?Wouldn't you like to know lol. But the kind that recognizes the problems with putting kids on drugs that stunt their development... or mutilating their genitalia.
Beg your pardon?I just expect attorneys to have better reading comprehension, that’s all. Maybe if I respond in “legalese” you’ll understand?
I know this is the Trump thread, but I will not be granting any pardons.Beg your pardon?
To be clear, do you think it should be legal to cut breasts off a minor female? Or put her on bill pills that will block her from becoming a woman?I know this is the Trump thread, but I will not be granting any pardons.
No, I think prepubescent children should not be able to have irreversible things done to their bodies (including circumcisions.)To be clear, do you think it should be legal to cut breasts off a minor female? Or put her on bill pills that will block her from becoming a woman?
The quoted article specifically mentioned children. So.... you agree, we should not tolerate that as a society. Thats good. No, I think prepubescent children should not be able to have irreversible things done to their bodies (including circumcisions.)
If we’re talking about minors that have gone through puberty, I think that there isn’t a simple answer for whether it should be legal or not.
I’d like to say it should be 18 and older for these types of decisions, but take a moment and imagine that you believed you were born in the wrong body. Now, imagine going through your teenage years. Pure hell, right?
Often covered under mental healthThat’s fine, but it’s elective surgery like having your breasts enlarged.
Circumcision count? You support mutilating children? Weird flex
Also the kind that either intentional ignores legal standards or doesn't know them.Wouldn't you like to know lol. But the kind that recognizes the problems with putting kids on drugs that stunt their development... or mutilating their genitalia.
Would love to hear the pro-indulging insanity argument. You'll lose 10/10 times. But feel free to post and make yourself sound retarded.Often covered under mental health
Circumcision is a decision parents make for sanitary reasons for a minor child without mutilating them.Circumcision count?
Also the kind that either intentional ignores legal standards or doesn't know them.
It will, though, cover breast implants for women who have had mastectomies due to breast cancer. You don't think that's for mental health?Would love to hear the pro-indulging insanity argument. You'll lose 10/10 times. But feel free to post and make yourself sound retarded.
Making women feel whole has nothing to do with men pretending to be women. It will, though, cover breast implants for women who have had mastectomies due to breast cancer. You don't think that's for mental health?
The military will also provide them for mental health.
Lol, it's legal genital mutilation. Washing underneath foreskin is not some difficult task.Circumcision is a decision parents make for sanitary reasons for a minor child without mutilating them.
I'm aware of legal standards. But if you want to inform me of some, I'll happily read.
We do not know if it is like the Biden situation or not. People seem to think cooperation is some end-all thing.
Lets say we have 3 people.
1. Murders family with a hammer. Turns himself in.
2. Serial killer, uses a hammer. Develops conscience, turns himself in.
3. Murders family with a gun. Doesn't turn self in.
1 and 3 are clearly more alike than 1 and 2, even though 1 and 2 cooperated/came forward.
Likewise, the issue at the time, per Dems and Joe himself, that Trump had to be held accountable for mishandling these documents. After all, we don't want our nuclear secrets out and about where people can find them!
Biden, it seems, has been taking classified material for years, leaving it everywhere. If Trump needs to be held accountable for it, then others do too.
Cooperation is great and all, but it doesn't change what you did wrong.
1. Does not take away from my point because in this scenario Trump is a "murderer" and Biden and Pence committed "involuntary manslaughter" or something.
2. There is more than one legal standard that applies, "Willful" is a legal standard that gets attached to the level of negligence and that particular legal standard goes a very long way to determining the punishment.
From the DOJ - "An act is done 'willfully' if done voluntarily and intentionally and with the specific intent to do something the law forbids."

Reads like intent to me.
Tell me more about those spending 10 years in jail (if any time in jail) for unintentionally mishandling classified information (hint: there aren't any).
Intent is literally the reason the FBI gave for not recommending charges for Hillary Clinton. Here is the FBI saying exactly that.
Just to put a bow on this, here is what US code says.
"Whoever, being an officer, employee, contractor, or consultant of the United States, and, by virtue of his office, employment, position, or contract, becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than five years, or both." (emphisis mine)
"Things are complicated, but I say they aren't. I win"Making women feel whole has nothing to do with men pretending to be women.
You tried... you failed. God bless.
Its impossible for a man to be a woman. You ever considered that? Its sorta a scientific truth...."Things are complicated, but I say they aren't. I win"
I know it's impossible for you to grasp, but have you considered that a person transitioning to a woman or a man makes them feel whole.
You can keep pretending that gender dysphoria is not a thing, but it is.Its impossible for a man to be a woman. You ever considered that? Its sorta a scientific truth....
Its absolutely a thing. Did I suggest otherwise? You can keep pretending that gender dysphoria is not a thing, but it is.
Unless it's to keep penises clean. Long live the patriarchy!Mutilating children isn't the answer
Lol are you comparing giving children mastectomies and hysterectomies to circumcisions? That's a very very very weird way of saying "I was wrong."Unless it's to keep penises clean. Long live the patriarchy!
Just because you believe that cutting the foreskin of a newborn's penis is okay, does not mean that it isn't electively mutilating a child.Lol are you comparing giving children mastectomies and hysterectomies to circumcisions? That's a very very very weird way of saying "I was wrong."
It’s ok fro me but not for theeJust because you believe that cutting the foreskin of a newborn's penis is okay, does not mean that it isn't electively mutilating a child.
I think circumcision is a fucked up tradition and there is no physical or mental need at the age it is done. I also understand that it's currently an accepted practice and I'm not going to go out of my way to get involved with trying to prohibit it.
I also think that parents, doctors, and patients should be making the best decision for themselves. Why should I get involved?
You keep trying to have this both ways.
Mutilating infants=always good Mutilating teenagers = always bad
Insurance covered breast implants for cancer patient's mental health = sounds good
Insurance covered breast implants for gender dysphoria patient's mental health = terrible.
That’s not elective surgery. Insurance pays for reconstructive surgery due to cancer. It will, though, cover breast implants for women who have had mastectomies due to breast cancer. You don't think that's for mental health?
The military will also provide them for mental
We’re talking elective surgery. From webMDOften covered under mental health
Most women have to pay that out of their own pockets. Insurance usually will not cover breast enlargement surgery. It will, though, cover breast implants for women who have had mastectomiesdue to breast cancer.
If you need further surgery later on, your health insurance may not cover that, either. Having breast implants may also affect your insurance rates later on.
