I’m happy to be a dick. I don’t care about your feelings or anyone else’s. I want ND to win a title and unlike a lot of ppl who just want to complain, I’m giving you solutions. You pay the 5* recruits up front. You get a few each class and then you give yourself a chance to maybe compete for a title, if you really kill it in player development.

You could definitely consider him a 5* transfer. However, the interior DL & Safety are weak. To be clear, Watts is/will be a stud, but everyone else is sub par. Interior DL is not good. It’s Gabe Rubio and nobody else. Cross is a 3 Tech not a NT, it’s criminal playing him out of position like that.

So you're ok landing 3* as long as they turn into 5* later? Just need to be on the same page.

I might not be pleasant, but I’m not a troll. Everything I’ve said is backed by hard evidence. They’re going to have to make some changes to win a title, that’s all there is to it. Player development matters but development isn’t strictly for lower rated players, it’s for all players. Bryce Young needed to be developed. He sat his entire Frosh yr behind Mac Jones.

Jamie Ueyama made a good point, there’s just not that many quality DL in the portal.

Fiske being the Number 1 DL in the portal is rough alright there's not much value there at all. If a dominant P5 DT was in the portal now they'd make a killing in NIL/sign on fees

He just finished his true freshman season, I can’t imagine there’s much accurate draft projection for 2025.

To be fair the difference between UGA and TAM is the coach and the TAM strategy was bound to fail. They didn’t recruit roster needs they just recruited anyone willing to take the bag and basically signed 10 DL or more in one class. Jimbo is like the trust fund baby after daddy died just buying things while Kirby and the rest are actually shopping smart and just better coaches.
