Lewis is lined up against the guy who scored, but another SC guy runs in motion outside & Lewis starts to cover him because the other ND player is out of position. Then when Lewis recovers to guard his guy the other ND player runs into him.
It was doomed from the pre-snap.

Bertrand motioned out with his guy and covered his guy. Lewis just needs to cover his guy.

Everyone had their guy tight but Lewis.
