No one can claim objectively that NDs deal is better. Hence 5 stars commiting to ND as an Insurance policy and then going for the cash which runs the world and this country

maybe because private equity md's are more judicious with the way they spend their money than (say) an oil baron? idk just spitballing but maybe if you're a wall street exec you're a little more gun shy about cutting some 17 year old a multimillion dollar check because of the potential negative publicity if he like goes tyreek hill on his girlfriend or something
