Two regular-season weeks remain. Plenty of chaos to watch for (except in the SEC because it's late-season 'bye' week LOL). Plenty of games we can watch to see if the way gets cleared for a 9-3 ND to sneak into the NY6.
Enjoy it, folks. College football season is winding down, and you'll be trying to watch random bowl games on your phone while at work before you know it.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 16
- The EMU's are eliminated from MAC championship consideration, as are the Golden Flashes. Just a #MACtion warmup here.
- Our old pal Chuck Martin brought a VERY experienced Ohio team into the season with high hopes... and have since disappointed. They do have a fun frosh dual-threat at QB, though! #ChuckMartinMACtion
- The OTHER Michigan directional schools battle for pride, as Toledo already wrapped up the MAC Western division. #DoItForPrideMACtion.
THURSDAY, NOV. 17
- Tulane holds strong in the top-25 despite the loss to #20 UCF last week. If they take care of business here, and can beat UC next week, they get a rematch with UCF in the AAC championship.
FRIDAY, NOV. 18
- You should honestly just go see if there are any good high school playoff games in town on a Friday night, go watch that in person, and then ignore these games on the TV's while you're at the bar or out to eat for a late dinner afterwards.
SATURDAY, NOV. 19 - EARLY
- UCF's only chance at missing the AAC 'chip is to lose to both Navy AND USF. It won't happen... but at least we get a super early kickoff to get Saturday started!

- Baylor has a history of f*cking things up late in the season (thanks a lot for beating KSU back in '12, guys). Let's see if TCU can survive and advance.
- Clark Lea got emotional after a HUGE win over UK last week, Vandy's first conference win in 26 games or something like that. Let's see if his team can handle momentum and good vibes.
- Northwestern has not won a game on US soil this season.
- Mike Elko's boys are probably a top-25 squad, but don't have a signature win. Beating Narduzzi counts in my book!
SATURDAY, NOV. 19 - AFTERNOON
- GO IRISH. BEAT BC. Re-establish the run, harass BC's backup QB (who is pretty good), don't let their talented WR's behind you, protect the football, throw screen passes against cover-0, don't let little brother have a moment.
- The only SEC game with true stakes... UGA is a shoe-in for the CFP if they don't stumble against UK or GT. UK has the juice to keep it interesting... if Vandy didn't shatter their psyche.
- Football is on.
- Clemson rebounded nicely against Louisville last week. ND's VERY slim NY6 hopes survive with Clemson continuing to win. I'll root for Dabo over the U.
- I like watching Louisville this year, and not because I'm a state-of-Kentucky homer. They're just fun, and better than expected.
- Go Bearcats. If they win, they are set up for a win-and-you're-in next week against Tulane for a spot against UCF in the AAC 'chip.
- Football is on, maybe with boats being rowed, maybe with Iowa committing crimes against the very idea of playing offense.
- Big Red is coming for you, Auburn.
SATURDAY, NOV. 19 - LATE
- Drake Maye on TV; weird late-season kickoff time.
- I lied, there is another SEC game of some consequence... Tennessee is in the 'win and probably in' category right now, as an SEC team that can make the playoff without an SECCG appearance. No pressure, Vols!
- Lane Kiffin coming off of a loss... he's going to have ALL of the clipboard-toss plays drawn up.
- Bedlam
- USC/UCLA in a huge late-season matchup... I have no love for either, but this is the good stuff. Red vs Powder Blue. Playoff implications. Chip vs Lincoln. Yes.
- After years of watching BK's squads struggle with (but usually overcome) overmatched opponents, this feels like prime let-down territory. Is his SEC roster immune from playing down to their opponent at this point? I'm intrigued!
SATURDAY, NOV. 19 - NIGHT CAP
- Had Oregon not shit the bed on 4th-and-1 last week, this game would be a MUCH bigger deal. But it's still a pretty big deal, as it will decide who plays USC in the PAC12 championship (if USC beats UCLA... if UCLA beats USC, scenarios get messy enough that I can't reasonably explain it, but Oregon, Utah and Washington would all be in play, as well).

- Colorado @ #17 Washington, 9:00PM, PAC12 Network (lol what's that?)
