One the best performances by an OL in a long time. They owned a high profile opponent in Clemson’s DL.

One of the best CB performances in a long time as well.

Brian Mason might be the most valuable assistant on staff at the moment. His unit is also playing generational football right now.

1. Special teams are special
2. Benjamin Morrison is getting a FUND donation from me tonight
3. Al Golden was masterful with pressures all night
4. Estime is just a beast and what an amazing way to close out the game with tough running
5. I’m going to take a night off from criticizing Pyne and will instead compliment him on some gutsy runs

This big time. I often feel like our OL is great j til they get against the Top 10, then gets shut down by the big boys. Tonight they are the big boys.

They were inspired from the start. This team has serious flaws (all do, this team just has more glaring ones), but kudos to the guys and the staff for doing that tonight. Absolutely beat them down in the trenches. This is one to remember

Lots of great performances tonight, so I’m going to tip my hat to the least popular guy on this board. Pyne was tough as nails and made some huge plays when we really needed them. Obviously he has some real physical limits, but he’s a competitor.

Best win (score vs higher ranked team) in decades.

The run game absolutely destroyed Clemson's will to live.

I really thought Clemson's DL would be tougher.

Brian Mason and his impact on ST has been a game changer

Tommy only had a few hiccups tonight, basically stellar. The capper to Mayer was everything you'd ever want in a football game. Great pass from Pyne, great catch for the should be Mackey winner.

Morrison played out of his skull. Kid was great tonight.

In fact, the whole defense played amazing.

Hard to win with no passing game, but ND can do it for at least 2 more games...

... and maybe 3.

All of this and the RBs found holes even when they were small and Estime and Diggs continued to fight for yards.

it was an absolute thing of glory to see ND throw the Mayer TD at the end as an exclamation point/knockout blow after all the jabs, crosses and bodyshots they landed throughout the game. I haven't felt this good about our OL (and TBF, our defense) in a very long time.

I would also add that the LBs have played well the last 2ish games and I also wonder what is wrong with Lorenzo “Hands of Stone” Styles…..seems to be in his own head. Really enjoyed this victory!
