Nah, probably not. As a kid, it never crossed my mind to wonder about Velma's orientation, and I had no idea Shaggy was a stoner. That stuff goes over the heads of most kids. OTOH, most of those old cartoons, even the classics from the 30s & 40s, had countless adult jokes and suggestive material that would be missed by the kids but amuse their parents.

Damn gas already jumped $.30 overnight, probably in for more too. Was able to find a station close by that was still at $3.79, but all the others in town are already at $3.99 after they were $3.63 yesterday.
