The only saving grace was that Pence did what he did to allow the certification to proceed AFTER he called the DOD and NG into to clear the building. Trump sat in the dining room watching tv coverage of the riots while doing nothing to stop it because it’s what he wanted to happen. A clear dereliction of his Presidential oath. Piece of Shit. TAfter he was informed Pence had called in reinforcements to clear the building Tump then sent out his tweet to go home and with a few hours Senate reconvened to finish the process.

Had he not done that or been otherwise unable to do so, Grassley already was standing by yo take over and do what Trump wanted.

I'll let you in on a secret: NO liberal is biased towards facts and reason. If you were, you wouldn't be a liberal.
