Chat is gone?

You mean the chat from the old board? I don't think that feature came over when we had to migrate.
We're running on the new code now, which is more secure and comes with plenty of new bells and whistles. The chat was kinda "meh" anyway.

Yeah the chat was an add on to the previous version of the software and after a quick search, there were a couple of versions for our current version. They have been discontinued after they were unreliable.

Are you not allowed to upload JPEG images? That’s basically every iPhone photo.

How are you trying to upload it? Using the Image button, use the upload tab, select your photo, then send it to the server. You'll then be able to edit the size and post it.

When I try to upload an image from my phone it says the file format (jpg) is not supported.

Not sure. May have something to do with file sizes. I was trying to post a picture that I took with my phone and I think that the standard photo on an iPhone is a bit bigger than the maximum size allowed.

If I could make one suggestion, in the filters there should be a "last" option to get from the first page to the last post in one click. Maybe it is already possible and I have missed it.

I added a screenshot to my previous post. Uncheck the box that says retrieve remote file.

Auto-Embed test. Just gotta post the link now, very nice! Worked earlier with Twitter links too. Super convenient and efficient, especially on phones!

The @ function is so, so much better now, @clashmore_mike. It worked on the 2021 new site obviously, but sometimes you would start typing a name and expect the drop down to give you a list, and nobody's name would show...it was hit or miss. If you knew the poster's full name you could just type it and the site would usually figure it out still, but half the time I mix up some letters in @arndtjc's name when I'm trying to bug him lol.

Overall the new site/software seems much slicker and efficient overall, even more so than the updated vBulletin stuff that was running. Sometimes it would take a second or two for a post to finalize and now it seems damn near instantaneous. I like the extra options for Likes/Rep now too, definitely on par with what I've seen in newer boards. Are we able to add any of our own or configure them? Maybe put a Freeman head in that says "Gold Standard" or something, something Irish specific. Just spitballin'.

Love the new site and Xenforo setup so far though! Feels even better than the updated vBulletin right now, and that was a light year from the old site. Can't imagine going back to that now after what you guys have done!

I do like that idea and will add it to the list of things to check out. I need to make sure I get some other things ironed out first.

Of course no rush on new features like custom site Like/Rep options. Certainly get all the new stuff ironed out. Just something I've seen elsewhere that makes a site feel more unique and realized we may actually have the ability to do that now.

Ahh, I see what the problem was. You have an option now of putting a Title in the Spoiler tag. I put a title in, but didn't actually add any text in the spoiler itself so it was like "You didn't say anything, buddy." Looks like the title is optional, but the text is not, which makes sense. Didn't even see that Title part the first time.

Ok, looks like that Title functionality is what's actually breaking it. As long as you leave the Title blank in the input box it works:

I wouldn't even worry about that, just as long as people know not to put anything in the Title input box.

WE HAVE IGNORE FUNCTIONALITY RESTORED! TBH I've never used it personally, but I know a lot of people were looking forward to getting that back.

@clashmore_mike Is it just videos and Tweets that should auto-embed, or should the images be doing it too? It's definitely easier to add images now, less clicking than the vBulletin software, just thought I'd ask. I'll go to bed and check the rest out later, quit buggin' ya lol.
