Bama Linebacker Shane Lee to USC.

Autotransfers need to me reformed more than NIL IMO. Mid-level programs are basically going to become farm systems for the Blue Bloods & top players are going to go to the highest bidder each offseason.

Shane Lee….isn’t good though? He was completely buried on the depth chart haha. I doubt this required a bidding war by USC. This is just like any other transfer that’s happened for years.

anytime a team that is so heavy in the portal is gonna end up with 50% duds, no way the majority of these guys work out. it's like your man from Last Chance U says, they are broken

You are exactly right. No way all of these transfers work out. Not to mention the locker room turmoil that's coming Lincolns way. What message does this send to the current roster before all of this transfer crap? Talent through transfers is one thing, teaching them to play together with 2/3 of your roster feeling slighted is another

I truly don’t think Caleb Williams gives a **** about NIL.

It’s going 1-1 in the Draft. Lincoln Riley would seem the most likely pair to make that happen, and that’s what they thought coming out of HS but if they somehow are convinced or someone is willing to do things to convince another school is better, he’ll go there.

I just doubt anyone can overcome Lincoln’s rep to make that happen.

i agree with the sentiment but all coaches try to over recruit better players all the time or they wouldn’t be doing their job. Therefor needing to jump because of it makes his future more likely to JT Daniels or Tate Martell then staying and proving them wrong like Mac Jones

Caleb Williams (actually his dad) is trying to extract as much money as possible out of USC. Bluffing hard, it’s kind of pathetic. But if USC blinks I could actually see him head somewhere else. The problem is that basically all top schools with proven coaches and playmakers who could/would bid don’t need a QB.

Its sad that Dart hasn’t already landed elsewhere. Honestly, there isn’t much difference between the two of them in talent.
