What a week for ND football. Super excited for the hire of Freeman and I read he has reached out to Brian Hartline to coach the WR's.

The video of Balis introducing Freeman to the team was awesome to see.

If BK would've stayed I would've been OK with it, but my wife told me a couple of weeks ago he was moving from his campus apartment to build a new house and just the way he was standing on the sidelines vs the Stanford game he just looked...there and that's it.

This season isn't over yet....

Someone should’ve turned off the TV’s close to Freeman. How distracting for Freeman getting 3 second delay in his ear

In the College Game Day interview one name was noticeably absent from the list of head coaches he said were an influence on him. Just one name.

He’s probably been reading IE over the last two days and recognized that if he said anything positive about him, he was risking stoking the ire of the faithful.

He texted me after to apologize,… I was pretty shocked he forgot me as well

Will be awesome watching MFMF develop. You can tell he seems a wee bit nervous in interviews but his confidence is louder.

Dude was drunk and underage at a college party too. I'd say quite a few of us have dived out of back doors when someone yells "It's the cops!" Freshmen and Sophomore year  He just happened to be the slow one, got tackled, and tried to escape which resulted in the "assault." It wasn't exactly intentional, he didn't go up to a cop and throw haymakers or anything.

shit that was most of my cardio from 18-22.

So Sneed’s HS coach was Brian Hartline’s HS coach and coached Freeman, Hartline among others at a HS summer camp where they became close moving forward.

If there was ever a time to pull the right strings…..

Exhibit A: Ed Orgeron. Lol. Even he couldn’t screw up that 2019 team

If coaching and scheme didn't matter, then it wouldn't matter who was at the helm. The idea that whoever accumulates the most talent wins is nonsense. That's half the battle.

Charlie Weis did great in recruiting. So did Ron Zook. So Did Orgeron. James Franklin does too at Penn State.

Orgeron caught lightning in a bottle in one year, and when both coordinators left he was a .500 coach. He was entirely dependent on them because he wasn't calling the shots on either side of the ball. He was a lost puppy in the woods.

Look at Ole Miss as another example. They don't have the talent that LSU and A&M do, but Lane is the difference maker. Everyone needs talent, but it's not the only thing.

Still think we should remove the “Dick” part for MFMF.
