How many recruits said ND was there dream school only to have them sign elsewhere? There’s more to it than just being a dream school. Don’t sell Loy short yet.
I actually really like Loy in that he goes out on a limb sometimes. Doesn’t just pile on when a recruit is a totally done deal. Why are we critical of this. Don’t we debate this all day long.

My CB is 2/3 tongue and cheek but Brian Hartline is worth the long term bet. We all know how Bama has done in the draft the past two years but since Hartline showed up in Columbus, he's landed five 5*'s vs Bama's one. AND he was the assistant WR coach -/grad assistant that was part of finding low 3*/82, Chris Olave out of San Diego.
He's a recruiting assassin.

Much bigger.
Not as fast or dynamic as KB. but a better prospect than TM. I think he’s going to be what Irish fans thought JJ was going to be and may approach David Bell territory.

I feel betting against Hartline is a loser play right now. He's ripped the stuffing out of Bama since taking over.
There's some demographic advantages ND has... had... and then he leaves Marist for IMG. Still, the car in second place on the last lap wins a lot of races so...
Yeah, I like ND's chances but I don't love 'em.
