I think they are going to use the proceeds to buy back the 40 something % they don't own of their Station/Red Rock casinos so they can take it public again. Deutsche Bank owns 25% of the casino business and stopped them from doing an IPO they had planned for this year.

I believe they sold a while ago. It was going downhill when they owned it, partly because they place has no appeal and partly because the economy. Either way, the last time I was there I felt like the place was a landfill with all the trash on the ground walking from the parking structure to the casino.

Tilman's got more coin that the Vegas cousins. He's also the guy in charge to get Houston into the Big 12. I used to work basketball camps at Rice in Houston in the ealy 90's and ate at Landry's when it was just one of 2 or 3 he owned. Now he owns a gazzilion restaurants like Morton's, Mastro's, McCormick & Schmicks, Chart House, etc. and not to be out done by his cousins he bought the Golden Nugget.

Pound for pound Nicco is the hardest hitter on the team. A broken hand won't slow him down. Now if we could just get some of that intensity to rub off on the rest of the defense.

Personally, I will be judging the team's potential for the 2017 season based on a big upgrade in intensity. Watch the defense in the first two or three games. If there is no improvement in desire and effort, there will be no improvement in won-loss record.

In 2016 he donated 10 mil to UNLV to build their football complex. Them hiring his son is a no brainer tbf

UNLV putting together a good staff. Barry Odom is a steal for them. Did well at Mizzou all things considered but not good enough following Pinkel's run. Adding Nicco for local chops and my guy Hunkie. Vegas has to hurry and get their programs up to snuff if they want to be included in the post-NCAA SuperConference world.

I see GBdomer was in the forums back in the 16th as well. Couple older school guys that were great. GBdomer was EF Hutton back in the day.
