Alloway looks pretty darn good on tape. I think I was too down on him because I wanted Stovall.
Scout: family loved the in home and feels ND has Alloway's back and best intentions. However, Alloway wants his grandfather to see UCLA with him. May not happen until next month. Feels like he wants to stay home but get approval first.
per loy-multiple sources have said he will land at ND---he lives w/ grandparents and they are the ones pushing him to leave home
somebody's sources are going to be wrong considering there's seems to be a ton of guys still in play that we are in good shape with, but spots seem to be limited even with transfers
they are planning on taking 25...we have room for 7 more...hayes, studstill,pride--most likely
(hamlin, jeff m,robertson,alloway,javon)---this would be a total of 8 but realistically someone or 2 will get cold feet leaving, so there's room
Thanks buddy, sorry I missed this initially.
p.s. you're dominating today thanks for ALL the great reports!

just means the tax payers of PA are getting less production from me..thanks bud
I'll be curious to see how this one works out. He said the same to Anna but then threw in the comment about wanting to show his grandfather UCLA on the visit.
he has actually NEVER been to ucla...so it could just be that...who knows...he isn't one i really care if he does or doesn't come so not a big deal imo
He was supposed to visit UCLA next weekend but his grandfather ended up with a conflict.
I really feel like these are the type of guys that would not be a take for me. Seems like he knows he should go to ND, but he's trying to talk himself out of it.
Here is his senior season highlight.
Most of us feel his junior year film was absolutely underwhelming. Some think he's overrated because of that. His rep is a lot like Daelin Hayes' in that he blew up in the summer via 7v7 and camps.
I saw 3 Summit games this year and he looked great in all of them. This film will make everyone understand why the staff has stayed on him. It's 9 solid minutes of TD's and interceptions. It's better film than CJ Sanders had. I wish Fontana Summit posted stats on MaxPreps, would love to know his stat line. Last thing to remember for those not familiar with his recruitment, he's not the first offensive option on his team. That distinction belongs to SC commit, Stephen Carr who is the #2 RB in nation for the Class of '17. So he had to make his touches count.

Wow. Just posted in the McKinley thread about how I wasn't impressed by Alloway. This film is so much better than his Junior year.
We'd be lucky to have him, LAX.Meh. Looks better, still doesn't look spectacular. Looks like a bad route runner and small.

Disagree. Strongly. Can't remember the last 5'8" WR with decent speed that rounds off all of his routes that ever made a big impact for a good team in college or the pros. He's like Davonte Neal but literally worse in every aspect.
So he won't improve his route running by the time his name is called upon and the team will be relying on him? CJ Sanders is 5'8" too.
Not totally disagreeing with you but when the team year in and year out fails to field a team of 85, we'd be stupid to turn this guy away. Wouldn't make much sense to take a guy like Fertita but turn down Alloway
Valid points here. I'm not saying take Alloway over Robertson or McKinley if it came down to it. But I doubt it comes down to having to make that decision. So he won't improve his route running by the time his name is called upon and the team will be relying on him? CJ Sanders is 5'8" too.
