Anybody have any theories? Mine:

1. Patti isn't real.

2. The girls disappeared because Kevin, Nora, Jill, and Holy Wayne's baby moved to Jarden and the population has to stay at 9,261. The palm reader guy left town when John burnt his house down, so that left three that needed to be taken.

Yes, you need to pay attention. It's out there at times, and you'll be confused as sheeite if you keep only half an eye on it. Honestly it's pretty hard not to pay attention though... When I have tried to multitask while watching, I end up re-watching...

I'd recommend a holiday or weekend binge.

Just don't binge watch it. It gets much less depressing towards the end of the season. Not many people post about the show in here but I would stay away from this thread because a major plot twist just happened with the last episode.

1. I don't think Patti is real either, though they did do a great job of making her appear to know things that Kevin couldn't have known without her telling him.

2. Weren't there other families that moved there as well, increasing the overall population?

3. I'm going to laugh at the end of the series when it goes the way of Dallas and it was all just a dream or something. JR WAS NEVER DEAD!!!!

all caught up after some binge watching yesterday...things getting wild this season, much better than the last IMO.

now we know significance of that indian woman (and her location) in this seasons episode 1

lots of "LOST" in this series IMO. (Lindelof is good as these)

He's talking about the indian/cavewoman lady that had her baby and got bit by the snake and then another cavewoman ended up coming and taking the baby before she baked in the sun.

That was the same location as the lake that's water drained. (I think)

It's intricate and has a lot of strange depressing shit going on.

I have always had the thought that she was caught half way between life and whatever happened to those who disappeared.

I think the most interesting part of the episode was the confirmation that Isaac actually has "the gift" via his knowledge of Meg's mom's walnut salad. I think that's the first time in the series that has flat-out confirmed a supernatural element. Everything else up to this point could possibly be explained by psychosis, paranoia, or some other science-y reason. It makes me re-think whether Holy Wayne or Ghost Patti were real also.
