VT really isn't anythig special. Even when they went up in the first half, I had zero confidence they could keep it up. VaTech is very small.

I take a back seat to no one in my utter contempt for Ohio State, but I think that offense is going to be tough to handle. And if Jones get offtrack, like he appeared in the second quarter, they just go to Barrett. Add in a wild card Braxton and Ezekiel and other good receivers....tough -- not saying impossible, but tough -- to match up with that.

I agree their schedule is a joke. They play one more team all year. The committee should penalize them for beating Western Michigan and Northern Illinois.

We'll see. They penalized FSU last year, but they were barely winning games. If OSU is winning every game by 14+, I would guess they'll be #1 the whole season.

Yeah if they destroy people it will be hard to penalize them. FSU got punished for looking like shit for 3 1/2 quarters in all of their games and squeaking by. FSU was a fraud last year and got exposed hard against Oregon.

You can say the same thing about our 2012 run, the only actually good teams we beat that year were Oklahoma and Stanford.

OSU should walk through the B1G without much effort this year. But waiting in the wings will be one or two teams that won't be pushovers. The Buckeyes have some fundamental weaknesses and aren't as great as they are being made out to be. Time will tell just how good they are or just how bad some of their weaknesses are.

Depends.

SEC and Pac12 champs are a lock IMO regardless of record, so:

Undefeated Big 12, ACC champ, one loss ND > OSU, and if MSU beats them, Sparty may be the B10 champs anyways.

*I see OSU only getting better as the year goes on, and once they figure out all they need to do is pound the ball, and not manage 20 egos on offense, they will be close to unstoppable
