Some thoughts from practice today

Good stuff in there.

Saw Trumbetti drop into coverage 3 times vs LSU and that was enough for me. Hope that's not a tell for how they'll use hin again this year. Feels like Bob having Ishaq run qith TEs down the field all over again .

Agree about Tranquill not being a safety. The closer to the box, the more hell thrive.

Not encouraging about the pass rush. But Ishaq is goong to find his way onto this team and surprise some people (no info).

I'm fairly confident in saying the first team o-line is the best o-line our d-line will see all season. I will cut them some slack if they have trouble getting a pass rush with just the 4 man front

I don't believe there were any parameters set on what 'counted'. Tebow would probably even agree Zaire throws better.

Why are people getting so bent out of shape lately....why wouldnt their entire body of work be counted? It certainly matters to coaches about who they think should a start or getting reps in establishing a depth chart

Shit don't count? Why exactly? And when did all these awesome passing games by Tebow happen? The best pass he threw in college was a jump pass. No one is arguing with you that Tebow wasn't a great college QB, but you simply weren't paying attention if you think that had anything to do with him being a good passer.

There might not be a ton of game film on Zaire, but there is a ton of tape showing how bad of a passer Tebow was. It's simply a fact.
