Down in Indy visiting him yesterday or today. Anybody hear anything else about ND's pursuit of Evans?
I know he plays DB also, how good of a prospect is he at that position?
.
Wiltfong saying that he's a very wanted man at MSU and he's surprised he isn't receiving more attention. Thinks he can play RB, WR, or DB. His post in general made it seem like he thinks ND should offer. If they feel he can play DB, I'd be all for the offer. He's insanely fast and but had some good length to him.
kid is visiting SCUM this weekend with Kiante Enis, mgoblog reckons he might commit if offered

Indianapolis (Ind.) Ben Davis four-star running back Chris Evans typically leaves the field he played on as the best player and the same goes for this day.
Evans has speed, evident in him making the state finals in the 100-meter dash among other events, but it’s how fluid he is that impresses. The 5-foot-11, 186-pound Evans is so smooth changing direction. He’s an impact guy on the next level at running back, receiver, cornerback or safety.
At this particular camp, Evans was a cut above the rest through running back agility drills and in 1-on-1s it was easy for him to abuse the linebackers on the field. He’s sure-handed. Perhaps Evans best trait is his love for the game. If there is a football in the air, he’s typically performing at that particular camp.
Ranked by 247Sports as the nation’s No. 5 all-purpose back, Evans reiterated to 247Sports that he plans to announce his college decision Saturday. Michigan is the 247Sports Crystal Ball favorite over offers from the likes of Michigan State, Minnesota, Indiana and Purdue.
Evans visited Ann Arbor this past weekend and was offered Sunday.
“Academics. They have a big hit on academics. It’s academics first. They have everything centered around academics and what you do there.
Less than a week later he was working with his potential future coaches.
Mentions the schools academics and how it comes first for football players. Does he think Jim still coaches Stanford, because that doesn't sound like the Michigan we know from a football player standpoint.
Just watched this kids tape and I think ND needs to offer him ASAP. Think this kid will be a star in the college level.

Ugh. Really liked this kid. Feel like MSU, OSU and Michigan are cleaning the floors with ND recruiting wise this year.
Do I just need to be patient?

Getting pushed out for 5 star Kareem Walker I assume. Harbaugh setting the precedent of pushing commits out early in his tenure I see.
Why do you say that?
