I went out on a limb today and paid 12 bucks each for 2 six packs from a Marquette, Michigan based brewery called Blackrocks. The two beers I tried today were Grand Rabbits Dry Hopped Cream Ale and Coconut Brown.

There's only one Créme Ale that should be quaffed not drunk.

At work yesterday, I was offered a taste of some samples that Live Oak sent over. Remembering my Lenten fast, I declined but almost cried out in joy when I saw bottles of Live Oak Hefe-Weizen. Sadly, they were just for the samples and the brewery has not begun bottling yet.

Did anyone see that Stone is discontinuing their Amber beer Levitation and their black IPA Sublimely Self Righteous, and changing the recipe for their Pale Ale?

Sublimely Self Righteous is getting replaced by: Stone Enjoy By Black IPA.
