Just fed the twins and now it's time to get ready for work and get the older girls off to school. The boys are 8 weeks old as of yesterday and getting easier. It's still all hands on deck all the time, though. My nerves were a touch better at 30 than 42, LOLOL. All good man. I'll be back on around 9.

This kid is my cousin's godson and he just faxed his LOI to Vanderbilt.
He played HS ball for Father Ryan in Nashville (ND practiced there prior to Music City Bowl).

There was talk of Wayne Lyons transferring to UM for his 5th year.

I am going to start a rumor that he is coming to ND instead. I still don't understand how he didn't end up Irish out of high school.

[EDIT] lol...they started the segment with a quote from Les Miles, saying his daughter awhile back wanted to date Brady Quinn (Brady is doing coverage on CBS here for NLOI day). Les said something along the lines that there would come a time where she would have to choose between Irish and LSU. Of course, Brady is now married to Alicia Sacramone.

Brady asked about Wimbush. Kelly talking about the QB competition for the LSU game, wasn't getting the consistency at the QB position, will see how it plays out with Wimbush entering the mix. Mentioned Kizer as well, thinks we have 4 really good players at the QB position.

Thinks Josh Adams has potential, can tap into that at the next level. People think he may be too long, Kelly doesn't think so, they like his size. Like his ability to catch the football. Mentioned Williams brings the speed to the position that they wanted, big play ability. Really key to have 2 RBs in this class, thinks we did well.

CBS commenting that we added good depth along with what we picked up last year, did well at positions at needs. Likes what we've brought in on defense.
Kelly likes Coney, already has his eyes on him. Thinks he can come in with Jaylon and Morgan as far as running and hitting. We needed inside and outside corner, possibly would be Crawford, very high on him. Coleman and White give us a chance as well at Nickel possibly. CJ Sanders is electric, could be a return guy and get on the field. Yoon best kicker in the country.

On Matt LaFleur - Nothing going on right now, focused on recruiting right now. If there's anything to report they'll do it. All about the kids today. Brady said he'll come in at QB Coach if we need one. Kelly, with a chuckle, said he wouldn't need to send a resume.

Kelly didn't mention anything about pass blocking to my knowledge, just that we got two very good backs in their opinion.
