Crazy. I had written this one off as a pipe dream. If we get Alize and Cager, ESB can take a hike and I will wrestle a bear.

Alize, Ronald Jones, Edwards or Kinnel, and one more? Would there be a team that finished with more bang for their buck in recruiting considering how bad we stink on the field?

Think we are underrating him. Don't think there is any drop off between him and ESB. Cager may be even better.

Wiltfong is saying we take 5. He sounds like he feels pretty good about Alize, Ron J, Edwards, Kinnel, and Cager/ESB. Cager's dad is very big on ND's academics and he'll be with him on this trip.

FWIW, WIltfong has seen Cager in person a few times and I get the sense he'd take Cager over ESB all day.

Cager has put up better combine-style numbers at camps than ESB, seems to have a bigger frame, and the most recent articles I've seen on him say he's improved immensely from his senior year as a true WR prospect. Not to mention his hands looked like they could palm Loy during a video interview.

Would love to see Cager commit. Boykin and Cager on the outside, CJ in the slot, and Jones as a TE. Good luck D.

We are definitely taking two safeties so Edwards and Kinnel.

If Charlot stays committed to us, I don't see a chance we land Cager too. Especially with Ridley already committed. Many think Charlot will flip to LSU, hence our peaked interest in Cager.

Wiltfong alluded to this as well. Basically saying that depending on how things fall for Bama and ND the choice might be decided for him.

One of their DBs just decommited and another one might according 11w. Hopefully there's no correlation because I like Cager.

I just think it'd be crazy to only take one of those two if they wanted in. Take them both, make Jones a TE and/or move Brent to safety IF you have to to make room. We need athletes.
