I have a hard time believing he got kicked out of school twice because he was framed.

First suspension was due to the fact that he couldn't maintain 2.0 GPA.

Second, as we all know, a collection/web of emails, involving student and student-athletes at the school that were sent with attached documents or copies of work. They said editing purposes, which I can believe.

Nor did DaVaris or even ND openly say that there is clear and indisputable proof that he is guilty. (Or Perhaps they did and I just didnt care and made me forget it) Seemed to me that it was rather something the school doesn't want to take place as opposed to an actual violation of the code of conduct or whatever it's called. Maybe it'll cause some future changes to the code of conduct but as for know, it appears as if they got the lash when they should have been given a timeout.

TO continue, KVR, on freakin' instagram, defend himself and in a lengthy post, talked in great detail about his interview process and how he presented facts to prove that his work was his and no one else's. And yet, he still got a possible (If he misses spring semester, too) big punishment.

He was not punished because there was no evidence. ND does not announce findings of academic fraud that way. There are privacy issues. It is obvious that either DD crossed the line in terms of receiving help to write a paper or papers or perhaps covered up some one else's cheating. We cannot know for sure, but the fact that he was punished is a very good indication that he was involved in cheating in some significant capacity.

Davaris being extra cryptic on Twitter again.

He would be a welcomed addition but I investor don't think he would have made much of a difference overall this season.

I disagree. IMO, he would have been a huge addition. All of the sudden the other team's #2 CB is covering Fuller and he would have required safety help, opening stuff up all around.

Big problemo for defenses.

I'm with Nostra. Count me in as thinking DD is on another level and would have made Fuller even that much more of a weapon.

CRob. Corey Robinson is a decent WR, but he's not scaring anybody outside of the redzone, and we only attempted like 2 fades all year. Crob would still have played plenty though.

Honestly, I wasn't sure who played in his place. CRob played sparingly, DD would've been in most plays. So the question is, who would've seen a lot less snaps? Brown or Fuller.

Brown all day. He showed up the last couple of games, but for most of the season I forgot he was on the team. Didn't live up to all of the practice superstar hype IMO.

I was surprised to see Brown was #3 on receptions and yards at the end of the season, I would have never guessed that. He certainly wasn't the all star he was painted to be at the start of the season, but he certainly contributed. You're right though, between Fuller and Brown, Brown would have been the one on the bench if Daniels was healthy and at the top of his game.

The thing is tho DD would've been there from the start of the season. Do you think Kelly would've given Fuller the nod over Brown to go opposite DD. I don't. He's gushed over Brown. So with Fuller in limited time would he have shown enough to overtake Brown who would've then seen easier coverage. I don't think so. If DD was here this year, we don't get to see the Fuller we saw IMO

So with the deadline to declare for the draft having passed, does this mean Daniels is going to try to return to ND, or did he not have to declare since he isn't enrolled?

Thought I read he could be eligible for the supplemental draft. Could be wrong though.

I don't believe the deadline has passed yet. I believe the deadline to declare is today.

Pete Sampson was asked yesterday and he thinks it's doubtful that DD returns.

I heard from a friend who heard it from a friend who heard it through the grapevine that DD is coming back. But nothing I feel is remotely close to solid info.
