Guys it should take 30 seconds to drop off a letter on campus. ND is old fashion

It will be taken down lol. I mean it seems like the kid hasn't said a word in two months. I would probably loose it as well but he's doing this the wrong way. No good will come from this

Keivarae certainly sounds like a man who believes he's innocent. And based on his reputation, I'm inclined to believe him. As others have said before, will be a real embarrassment for ND if any of these five guys has lost half of a season (at least) for nothing other than administrative bullsh!t.

Regardless of how long the mail will take, it's the slowest form of communication in this situation. If they are innocent they deserve this process completed ASAP!

Not sure how long I'd be able to maintain radio silence in his position. He's shown remarkable restraint thus far.

By no means am I agreeing with the whole mail it shit. But is it possible the mail is used as a certified form of communicating the decision. Not comparable, but wasn't the UofM kicker dismissed by a letter?

It's common in legal proceedings to deliver certain important communications via certified mail, so that one can easily prove for a judge exactly when and to whom it was delivered. But unless ND thinks there's a serious risk of future litigation over this, there's no reason why someone can't send him an email or call him to let him know ASAP.

The method of delivery is honestly the least of my concerns in this whole thing.

I just can't imagine them not being notified by somebody, just to find out when the letter arrives they were cleared 2 days earlier.

I don't know what everyone seems surprised/outraged about. I'm sure it's standard policy to mail out decisions. And we know they didn't make ANY exceptions for these kids, so why start now.

But yeah this sucks.

Every time Cody Riggs gets run over by a big Stanford receiver or TE or fullback or lineman... just think of what it would've been like to have Russell out there.

Just out of curiosity... if he is found to be innocent could he easily transfer to another school and play there next year?
