I give him lots of hugs and kisses everyday. He's already 4 1/2 months.

The five year old started kindergarten this week.

Just heard on the local news Ben Davis is ranked #17 in the country, not too shaby.

Bend Davis beat Pike 53-50. Game was underway when a storm came in. Had to suspend and resume it Saturday. Bilal might have taken the night off? lol

hoke on the hot seat can only help us here.

Maybe, but don't think it really ends up mattering. That Michigan team should still win 7-9 against a soft schedule. Bilal seems to give zero shits about football.

honestly after watching last night i think they're part of that soft schedule and could see them losing 5-6 games or like you said winning 9.

big ten is charmin soft this year with sparty being the best imo

Well, at the very least, Michigan's sale's pitch is going to have to become a lot more nuanced.

I don't think Bilal seems like a win-and-I'm-in kind of kid, but one line of persuasion has been definitivly cut off. Also, comfort seems to e a big deal. If we continue to court him and Hoke gets fired, I can't see how we don't become the easy choice.

BVG looks like a fun dude to play for. INTENSE. I'd be shocked if we don't get Coney. Bilal is a real question mark for me, but this could not have hurt!

I do think you're right, especially since it's very hard to defeat the premise of "look, none of those coaches recruiting you are going to be there next year."

Did anyone ever find out the reason he didn't come to the game last weekend? I saw the post about his Friday night game getting postponed until Saturday. So maybe that was it. Is he planning on attending the game this weekend? It's in his hometown. Literally zero reasons he can't be at the game at Lucas Oil. CBs or not, if he doesn't go to the game this weekend, it better be for some bizarre reason. Else, I don't truly believe he's coming to ND. Thoughts on this?

I agree. If he wont come to a game in his own backyard to see a college that he is supposed to be 50/50 considering, then I would say it is more of a 90/10 in favor of Mich.

Michigan was playing "in his own backyard" as well, and he didn't make time to go see them play either.

Exactly, I think Anna is on to something here. He seems to be getting run down by the process and he isn't even spending much time on it.
