The Official PoB Announcement thread

So, I'm finally able to start the official announcement thread for Priests Of Beat. I've teased about this and this is where it will all be posted.

This is an EDMusic group that is producing Electronic Dance Music tracks and incorporating within the music, the University of Notre Dame football, athletics, the Fighting Irish, Ireland and all aspects of our great University. Conveying the tradition, history, dedication to perfection and the mission of Notre Dame in a high energy power that has never been done before.

Nice work. I can't say that I'm into a lot of that kind of music, but I make exceptions when the mood strikes, especially when they incorporate my interests. For instance, I've got some music like that on my computer that incorporated video game themes Keep up the good work, I'll be interested to see when the ND related stuff comes about.

Same, not usually my cup of tee, but I dig the Irish vibes behind it, and I like the beat. Definitely interested.

They're also cool songs by themselves, I'll be sure to show my roommate who is WAY into this kind of music!

EDIT: That Gold n Glory stuff sounds siiiick. Of course, you put a little Notre Dame anything into anything and I'll love it haha. But that seriously makes me happy. Excited for the release!

But for realz. Good job on putting a project together like this. I'm sure it's been a long road filled with hard work, which is something I think we all can appreciate. While it's not everyone's cup a tea musically, we all wish you well in your efforts. Good luck and thanks for sharing!

This music will be great for highlight videos, actually tailor made for it. You should do your best to reach out to the ND film crew as you develop more content to see if they'd be interested in using any of it for highlights, game recaps, etc.

If I did any video editing, I'd be "borrowing" this music.

The Knute Rockne speech is being saved for another release we have planned, deserves its own song for sure.

Haha wooly, I mean to add a modern take on the History and Tradition. With the Turf and Jumbotrons, we're just another step in the right direction.
You just wait till we release our Trap song of Notre Dame, think Turn Down For What, but Irish style!

We will be trying to reach out to all entities of ND, but its not so easy. We would just love for the team and Coach Kelly to hear our work. Hopefully, if we get enough views, they may catch wind of it.

Ah yes, rock was the thing back in the day, now, not so much. But my last memories of a more acoustic ND Anthem was Freekbass...400,000 views on Youtube...unbelievable.

The breakdown musically at 1:10 is especially nice, man. It adds extra depth to the track and visuals. And even though I admire your commitment to sampling actual ND speeches as a thematic, I would actually prefer less, just as a fan of music. Clearly, it makes sense why you do it though, and upon first listen, it's hype. My preference is more for repeat listens. The beats are solid. Good stuff, and thanks for sharing your vision and skills.

I agree. That personally is my favorite part of the track. Glad you appreciated it as well! ND has always had a sense of nobility and depth. We wanted to portray that and the camaraderie of the players. Thank you.
You know, I do agree. We are thinking of doing just that. Sometimes samples can just drag it down and take away from the rhythm and melody. The feedback is most welcome and its good to know you think that. Are you purely referring to Brian Kellys voice in this track or Austins as well?
