Bit of a shock. He has as much natural talent as any receiver in college FB in my opinion. Needs to put it all together, stay healthy and light it up this fall.

I agree with you, but there's about 50 spots between 'elite' and not making the list, and I think he's somewhere in the 2nd tier and should be considered top 55 without a doubt.

IrishInsanity is going to flip a lid when he sees this, lol.

Daniels can certainly be a top 10 receiver. We've definitely seen flashes of greatness. Can he put it all together? He was the bright spot in the beating ND took from Bama. 6 receptions for 115 yards isn't too shabby against a D of that calibur.

For the first time in a long time...I'm gonna drink the kool-aid...he's going to be a top 10 receiver. (I hope)

Well he put up 745 yards (108th) and 7 TDs (T-66th) last year, so your point is valid. But to be fair that was with noodle arm Rees and battling rather significant injures most of the year.

Step 1 for him is to stay healthy, Step 2 for him is to show consistency. He's the number 1 WR right now no question, but there are a number of guys nipping at his heels who could pass him up if he doesn't perform. He's by far the most complete and proven WR on the roster right now... which is sort of disconcerting in its own right.

He was hurt/playing with injury a good part of last year. Look at his production in the first two or three games of last year. If he stays healthy this year, you might well see what elite looks like from DD.

This. He had turf toe AND plantar fasciatis (spelling?)... which really hampers your ability to run. And on top of that he had a hip flexor injury.

None of us really know what he can be, but when he's been healthy he's shown to be the total package. Most impressive for me was as a RS frosh against 1st team AAs at Alabama putting up a solid game.
