I just think it's overused and makes it sound like they're betting on damn race horses.

You mean like the phrase "violent hands" which seems to be trendy right now? lol

Its really not to far from reality. Its a three year investment of millions of dollars. Those scouting reports read like thoroughbred reports.

Its also very similar to what we discuss here regularly with regards to NDs recruits and their "famous Parents".

JFF comes from an entitled family with roughneck traditions. He is a me-first guy and from the reports in the link, is used to getting in and out of trouble. The NFL combine, pro-days and draft are not so dissimilar from a horse auction.

His scouting report pretty much just confirmed the rumors, speculation, etc.. He may be on his best behavior the first year, but like most everyone else, he'll regress back to his true self after he learns the ins and outs, boundaries, loopholes etc. his first year.

Most NFL coaches won't put up with him if he doesn't toe the line. I have a feeling this could be Ryan Lief part 2.

I loved most of it but I would have liked Marquise Lee in the 2nd round.

Does it matter? Regardless of whether or not the scouting report is true, there is overwhelming evidence that Manziel is a spoiled, immature, arrogant athlete that is likely to bring great shame and embarrassment to the Browns. He even flaunted his "autographs for money" incident in everyone's face, by making the money sign as he was walking across the stage after being drafted.

Does ANYONE actually believe JFF??

I bet he is already looking for a way to stab Hoyer in the back and get onto the field because he thinks he already should be the starer.

It will not matter. The Browns fans will be demanding he play as soon as Hoyer makes his first incompletion.

Johnny Football + Brian Hoyer = (Tim Tebow + Kyle Orton) * 100

I disagree completely.

JFF, at this point, has not shown he can shoulder the responsibility of being a NFL QB. His history suggests he is preoccupied with being cool. Yes, he is young. But do you think you would see R. Wilson or Andrew Luck doing some of the things he is doing? On top of that, he needs to develop throwing from the pocket and seeing the whole field instead of scrambling, because he will get pummeled in the NFL if he runs the way he did at A&M.

On top of all of that, I think Sammy Watkins was the second best player in this draft and fills a position on the Browns roster that is currently filled by a guy that cannot keep away from banned substances. The WR position is a mess and they passed up on a future pro bowler (again, like Julio Jones) for another draft pick. Based on their picks this year, I do not find solace in the fact that they have another pick in round one next year. To me, it's another opportunity for them to fuck it up.

There is a reason why the Browns keep losing, and drafts like this are clear why. Hell, the freaking Raiders schooled Cleveland in this draft.

This is exactly what i was going to say. I dont mind the O-lineman from Nevada, he seems like a good fit. The sort of glass eater Mike Pettin is looking for. But i think the gaping hole at WR is more important than OL. Even with Gordon we still needed more WR depth.

Their draft was so good I joined the bandwagon. I announced my new found fanhood in the draft thread. We're making the fucking playoffs this year.

Who knows, maybe he'll do great and be the one everybody loves to hate.

I am pretty sure he is already the one everyone loves to hate, Bob....and for good reason, too.

That's kind of obvious :) , but he hasn't done anything yet. College is over now. If he's a failure, he'll fade away. I'm speaking more long term.

No, she's got a body that should be celebrated more as oppose to the too skinny models that dominate modern runways

Yeah, cause this wasn't shopped at all

I'm gonna say something else that will probably get me some flak...but I'm guessing she's had more than breast augmentation done. Natural beauty...most of it, yes.

IF the Browns make the playoffs, the only thing that will get them, is that they will have a better understanding of what things are like for a child molester in a prison shower.

Kyle Field: The House That Johnny Built? - Good Bull Hunting

Jim Schwertner, a member of Texas A&M's Board of Regents, suggested that Kyle Field one day be renamed "Kyle Field: The House That Johnny Built."

Brent Zwerneman of the San Antonio Express-News reports that Texas A&M regent Jim Schwertner is batshit crazy wants to append "The House That Johnny Built" to the Kyle Field name.

Schwertner, an apparently successful Texas Tech graduate, said, “Think about this – the last time we had a Heisman Trophy winner was John Kimbrough.” Of course, Kimbrough never won the Heisman Trophy. John David Crow won in 1957, but since all of A&M's great players are named John, maybe Schwertner is onto something.

A livestock expert appointed to the Board of Regents by Rick Perry, Schwertner also referred to the 12th Man as "Aggie Nation" but stopped short of throwing a guns up while riding Reveille around on the MSC grass.

If the Board of Regents is dead set on renaming Kyle Field, we have some suggestions that we feel are more appropriate than "The House That Johnny Built":

The House Where Bats Shat
The House that Benjamin Knox Painted Next to a Giant Dog
The House Dave South Called "That Place"
The House of the 12th Man
The House That the Guy Welding a Beam at the Top of the South Endzone Right Now in a Freaking Lightning Storm Built
The House That Johnny Built for an Online Course

I was stunned by the tone-deafness of this antic. What a clueless dumbass. There is, however, a chance he grows up, if he can get the adult guidance in Cleveland he clearly lacked at home and at A&M. I do think he also has a chance to be pretty darn good; I hope so, for the sake of all the Browns' fans in my life.
