I posted this in the 2014 NFL Draft thread, Wooly thinks it deserves it's own thread and I agree with him.

Here is my post from the other thread. Do your own draft simulation and post your results. Here is the link Fanspeak's On the Clock NFL Mock Draft Simulator

I found a really cool website where they let you pick a team or teams and do a 7 round mock draft. I drafted for the Steelers and I used Walter Football's big board. I've done a few mock drafts now, they go by pretty quick (5 minutes at the most). Here is my latest one...

15. Justin Gilbert CB, Oklahoma State

46. Stephon Tuitt DE, Notre Dame

97. Cody Latimer WR, Indiana

118. Dri Archer RB, Kent State

157. Michael Same DE, Missouri

173. Lamin Barrow ILB, LSU

192. Ricardo Allen CB, Purdue

215. Matt Patchan OT, Boston College

230. Cody Hoffman WR, BYU

Here is the link to do your own draft simulation Fanspeak's On the Clock NFL Mock Draft Simulator

Good onya!

That's a cool site. Deserves its own thread, imo.

I used the Walter Football option for my list. Pretty happy with the results.

14 DT AARON DONALD-PITTSBURGH
51 S DION BAILEY-USC
82 LB CHRISTIAN JONES-FLORIDA STATE
117 RB DE'ANTHONY THOMAS-OREGON
156 WR T.J. JONES-NOTRE DAME
183 ILB MAX BULLOUGH-MICHIGAN STATE
191 CB RICARDO ALLEN-PURDUE

Stoke level would be at 12 o'clock on this draft. Hit every area of need with really skilled players.

Side note, the computer cleaned up for the Steelers in my draft. They even reunited Tuitt and Lynch. ha!

Wooly, that draft would be a dream come true. I'd love to see DAT and TJ work in Trestman's offense as well as filling in holes at DT, S, and LB.

Honestly its not a bad pick in the 6th round for any team. He could turn into a pass specialist and be good at it. At worst you took him in the 6th round and he doesn't pan out, just like alot of 6th rounders.

I'm bored so I'm gonna explain why I made these picks.

15. Justin Gilbert: It was between Gilbert and Dennard. Gilbert is probably the most athletic secondary player in this years draft. Ike Taylor isn't getting any younger and I think Gilbert would be his replacement.

46. Stephon Tuitt: I think a lot of the draft "gurus" are forgetting that Tuitt is back to his sophomore playing weight, that's when he was almost impossible to block. A 300 pound Stephon Tuitt would be great in a Pittsburgh defense. If he was still 330 pounds, I don't think he would drafted until the 4th round.

97. Cody Latimer: I watched his highlights earlier today, he is a great possession receiver and he ran a 4.38 40 yard dash at his private workout. Pittsburgh and Big Ben need more weapons and Latimer would be a great compliment to Antonio Brown

118. Dri Archer: An extremely fast and athletic running back. Pittsburgh has two big backs in LeVeon Bell and LeGarrette Blount. Archer would be a great "change of pace" running back and would help in special teams.

157. Michael Sam: SEC Defensive Player of the Year and a great pass rusher. He would be a great fit in the Pittsburgh defense.

173. Lamin Barrow: I don't know much about him but LSU seems to put defensive players in the NFL that produce. The Steelers also have a knack of finding really good linebackers.

192. Ricardo Allen: He seemed to be pretty good at Purdue. I wouldn't expect him to be a starter, but he could be a good nickel back and just an overall quality backup.

215. Matt Patchan: Offensive line depth is always good.

230. Cody Hoffman: I liked this pick a lot. A big bodied receiver and I think he could be a poor man's Mike Evans.

Interesting pick of Ka'Deem Carey. Care to expand on that?

Also, you have DeAnthony Thomas as a TE, he's a RB/Z, not a TE. You seem to have picked two very similar players in Carey/Thomas. Care to elaborate on that as well?

Did a mock for my Bengals and would be ecstatic if our draft fell this way. I'm not sure if other Bengal fans would due to not taking a CB until round 5 or OL until round 3, but I'm a believer in the BPA method. Not crazy about Savage as the QB the Bengals take in this draft, but I could live with him in the 4th round. Gaines would be an absolute steal in the 5th.

Yeah DT is definitely not a TE. I like Carey to to be a good compliment to Forte, and I like DT to be one of the best returners in the league. I don't envision him getting any carries.

You're 2nd round pick surprises me a little, the Bengals seemed to put good pressure on the QB last year with just their front 4. Going with a big running back in the 2nd round wouldn't be a bad idea IMO. BGE has never really impressed me and I don't think Gio is an every down back.

Our pass rush fell off a cliff after Geno tore his ACL. We also lost Michael Johnson and haven't really replaced him. Apparently we're going to rely on a very raw Margus Hunt to fill in for him. The Bengals need to add a pass-rusher or two in this draft, as it's actually pretty mediocre when Geno isn't in the lineup.

BJGE sucks but I think we're stuck with him for one more year. Bernard will see a heavier workload this season and I'm confident that he'll hold up well; he's built like Ray Rice. I'm not in favor of taking a complimentary RB early, as RBs have a shorter lifespan than any other position in the NFL and all signs are pointing to Gio being the guy for the Bengals for some time.

If I posted this mock on a Bengals board I'd get eaten alive for waiting until taking a CB in the 5th round, but it's an extremely overrated need, IMO. We definitely need a young CB but I don't believe it's mandatory we take one in the first two rounds. Just not a fan of need-based drafting; give me the BPA, every time.

I don't see how adding Z Mart would lead to anything less than an elite offensive line.

I put this in the original thread, but here's how I drafted for the Bengals a few weeks ago:

1. Justin Gilbert, CB, Ok. St. Got the corner early, couldn't NOT take Gilbert this late
2. David Yankey, G, Stanford Interior line help from Stanford? Sign me up
3. Trent Murphy, DE, Stanford A mix-and-match DE that goes well in the new D system
4. Anthony Johnson, DT, LSU More interior help on the DL. Need depth behind Geno
5. Tajh Boyd, QB, Clemson See if he develops and can put pressure on Dalton
6. Devon Kennard, OLB, USC A freak that can develop and play opposite Burfict down the road
7. Tyler Gaffney, RB, Stanford Compliments Gio next year after BJGE is gone
8. Nickoe Whitley, S, Miss. St. Late safety that could develop/ better than Crocker
9. Trey Millard, FB, Oklahoma I will never understand why they cut John Conner last year

would love to see GMen pick up hyde with a 3rd round pick...also hope we go OT with first pick but i doubt Martin will be there for us. lewan could be but i just cant stomach him. martin is rising up boards now. actuallly think we could trade down a but for ebron if martin unavailable, based on who is behind us and their needs, but hard to predict. not a fan of shazier

Aaron Murray - QB UGA

I know MACK won't fall to 9, but sub in Barr and it's a dream draft for Buffalo
