Yeah, I got tired of the story / universe they created after playing through most of the game.. still haven't finished it.
Lol same. The game is great and all. But I'm about half way through and just don't feel motivated to finish.

I wonder if they'll ever go BACK further and do a story in ancient times... I'm playing FIFA 14 on the PS4, and Metal Gear Solid SoL on Vita....
Next, has anyone played the new Theif that just came out? If you have, is it any good?
Lastly, are there any Assassins Creed fans still lingering the IE netherworld? I am absolutely going crazy waiting to find out where the next game is going to take place. Like the last 2 games, there has already been 3 solid leaks, but all of them appear to be fakes, made by trolls.... I really would like to see the next game take place in Victorian England, or the French Revolution. I would be through the roof it we get either of those. We should be hearing from ubisoft any day now.
I'm sticking with NCAA14 on PS3. With the future of college football video games uncertain, I'll never get rid of my PS3 or my NCAA titles now.
I also just picked up Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, but I've held off on getting started with it because I'm trying to replay the Assassins Creed series first. I'm on the first game, just trying to blast through it so I can pick up ACII. It was my favorite by far. I played AC, ACII, Brotherhood and half of Revelations all when they first came out, but the map and the feel of the Renaissance in ACII was outstanding. Then I'll pick up ACIII and Black Flag, neither of which I have played at all yet. I'm OCD, so I'll be agitated if I don't play the whole story line before picking up the newer titles.
I haven't played the new Thief, but I played the old one a bit. Some people won't care for it as it's not a hack and slash type game. Thief is entirely about stealth, and typically if you're caught you're in a deep world of [Mark May]. That means sticking to the shadows, moving very slowly, not a lot of fast paced action. I enjoy it (Play a lot of Stealthy games/characters in other games like rogues, or thieves/assassin's in Elder Scrolls), but it won't be a cup of tea for others. Complaints I've seen online regarding Thief revolve around that slow paced/stealth aspect.
As far as Assassin's Creed, I haven't played any of them since the first one. My buddy has them all, he really likes the series. For me, it just got kind of boring after a bit. Seemed like way too much time was spent climbing, at least more than I cared for. Kind of like too much time sailing in Zelda: Wind Waker.
I played the most previous Theif game. I def enjoy the steath game. I love how you can choose different ways to complete your objective, and that each stage can be traveled differently. I may go pick up a used copy in a week or so.
I highly suggest at minimum that you play ACII. Its the best game in the series, and its 100x better than the first AC. AC4 is the second best in the series.

I am thinking about it... I only have so much time for story based games, maybe one or two a year... so I'm pretty selective with them... I play mainly shooters and sports games.
Ghosts was a very pleasent suprise... I bought that just because i wanted more than one game for PS4... there were some legit jaw dropping moments in the story mode visually speaking... and the end was decent enough...
Oh, and it has bots in multi player, which is a BIG plus for me.
I'm balls-deep in the Great Uprising, like any true Nord and Son of Skyrim.
Silence that traitorous bastard… Everything all of Tamriel has, they have the Empire to thank for.

Whats Great Uprising? I ve never played Skyrim.
You Imperial bastards tucked tail and are nothing more than puppets to the damn Thalmor! The Nords have always been used as cattle to fight the Empire's wars. By the Nine, it's time to throw off their shackles and fight for Skyrim!
It's a civil war that goes on in game. You can either join the Empire, a fading monarchy that lost what strength they once had with the death of the Septim line, or you can join the Stormcloaks, the Sons of Skyrim. They aim to drive the remnants of the Empire out as well as the Thalmor (Elves) that now hold the Empire's leash.
I always wanted to get this game... but i just dont know if i am going to like the gameplay. Is it a true RPG or is it action rpg? Do you get to control and run the guy around and actively fight?
If you mean is it Final Fantasy, then no... you walk around and fight actively...
