Bogs.......and expanding your sentiments about his potential, it also speaks about the time and effort this staff puts in to these kids that they want!!! I didn't see them pit this effort into keeping Yeargin, and maybe they knew the writing on the wall, but the effort has been there for Kolin.

Recruiting is about talent identification and luring them to your school. So in the case of identification, there is no question that ND beat Texas here. Now, we can say the change in coaching staff precipitated that, which would be an accurate point. However, timing is everything in life so I am going to give the nod to ND here.

He and Sampson get too big for their britches sometimes with their snarky comments in the 4HL.

Anyway, if it's true that Hill hasn't even spoke with Strong then I can't envision he'll be a Longhorn. Strong might have other contingency plans in place after their latest LB defection and Hill may not be the highest on that list.

Found it interesting that Texas also offered Yeargin in the last couple days. Hopefully Strong spends his time there rather than Hill. Still think Hill sticks regardless.
