I like how guys who are "committed" to one school or another comment on who they are still considering. I get how it all works, but by definition a guy that is "committed" really shouldn't be considering anyone else.

I'm going to change his label right now to Soft Verbal, because that is what he is at best for Vanderbilt right now. Really seems like there is a minimal chance he winds up there.

Apparently Elston has made him a priority over the last two weeks, according to TV. We're likely to get his last visit on Jan. 31st.

And the Manti signing and the Vanderdoes signing. Those were 5 stars and the Vanderdoes thing didn't work out in the end but those were very nice surprises. Considering how much we badly need some good DT's, I would say it would be on par with those signings. Niklas was a great day, too!

UCLA's new recruiting strategy: wait until ND evaluates a player and sends an offer. If we do then it's time to get into the game with said player. I am really getting irked by Mora and want to see him flop worse than he did when Vick went out for the Falcons.

i was lucky enough to be sitting in the gold seats for the epic quinn to samardzija....loudest place i've ever been in my life and my younger brother (a Buckeye fan) who was with me said he's never heard the shoe that loud

Was in the student section. We went so crazy the bleacher under us broke, and it turned into a giant dogpile because everyone thought we were celebrating. Still have the piece with my seat number on it.
