Crazy the kid has D1 offers and wasn't even the starter on his high school team last year.

This. If he isn't good enough to start (maybe this year?) I'm not all that impressed. Keep an eye out, but hold off on an offer...

He sure would help with Starks....ala robby toma. Plus lets be honest, that pipeline would be beautiful coming out of that high school

Starting QB last year was a Top 100 recruit. Gorman is a football factory

Committed to USC on a full scholorship for track and the opportunity to try football (so pretty much a preferred walk on QB?)

I'm pretty sure if he makes the team and has a track scholarship, he counts toward their 85.

Awesome way of getting around their 15 man cap per class. Absolutely epic. Then once sanctions over, transition him over to football where initial counters don't matter.

Since Sark was hired he has offered and gotten Jalen Greene out of Serra and now Cunningham out of Gorman. Two smart moves pipeline wise. Also two Dual Threat QBs. Of course we already knew Sark can recruit but these are some pretty crafty moves along with him likely closing in on Mama, Adoree (UF sucking helps), and Juju.

He really wasn't that impressive this year at Gorman.... I don't think this is a master plan move by sc. I think he is going for track and praying to play football.

Due to NCAA bylaws in reference to multi-sport athletes, it will be interesting to see if the football staff is actually interested but purposely trying to distance itself from Cunningham II at this time. According to the rulebook, for dual-sport athletes, if the player is not a "recruited" football player and isn't offered financial aid by the football program, he can walk-on and be counted as a track athlete.

However, if Randall II were to play in a football game in his first two years on campus, he would have to be counted toward USC's football scholarship limit. Per NCAA Bylaw 15.5.9.6, after two years, he would be free to compete in football games and still be counted toward the track scholarship limit rather than football as long as he was still actively competing for the track team.

Don't believe that is accurate.

He's an All American in track at USC and his sister Vashti is Rio bound for the Olympics. Both High Jump

Don't think he ended up playing football at all.

He's supposed to walk-on this fall and become a TE/jumbo WR. We'll see if he follows through with it.

That sounds about right. I don't see TE unless he has a couple of years to bulk up.
