Oh, I agree. The kid's been playing lights-out. But, enough is enough. Nobody heard of him before the Alabama game last year. After that game, ESPN anointed him the Heisman trophy winner. That was all it took. Manti was a much better player, and if he had ESPN slobbering all over him, he would've had the Heisman. ESPN has too much power. Manziel's OK, but I think there are better players out there.

I have to admit, I haven't paid much attention to him. I have better things to do than watch some over-hyped athlete. He's an OK QB, but I doubt he'll amount to much in the NFL. A lot of over-hyped players screw the pooch at the next level. Tim Tebow comes to mind.

With the SEC becoming ESPN's whore, we should be rooting against SEC in every scenario possible. This is becoming even more important now that we have a 4-team playoff. This conference needs to be discredited as much as possible. Hate Bo all you want, but this is what's best for the greater good.

I can't agree because I hate the Big Ten much more than the SEC. At least the SEC has some basis to think they are a good conference (and I don't know as many SEC fans, lol).

Yeah, it is. I just am struggling to get through my Big Ten hatred issues.....I just think Delany is festering pockmark on the Mona Lisa face of college football and so I wish him professional misfortune whenever possible.
