He was fired from Texas Tech because ESPN analyst Craig James' son said he locked him in a shed and treated him unfairly.

Leach has been blackballed from ESPN since.

Leach was accused of 'hazing' and 'inappropriate treatment' of Adam James, son of ESPN broadcaster, Craig James. ESPN somewhat lead a witch hunt down that road with the guilty until proven innocent thought until Mike was fired by TTU.

Those two brought Leach's career down.
