When you watch Chuck Martin, you think "yeah, that guy is a head coach. He can captain a ship."

When you watch Diaco, you think "this guy is... interesting?" I have zero faith in his ability to build a program without elite talent, and I really worry about how he'll coach a team when it's not going well. And at UCONN, there is going to be a lot of 'not going well' for at least the near future.

Just watched the video of the presser.

He said some very nice things about Kelly. Sure, he's kind of geeky and awkward, but he is real, like one of the players tweeted yesterday, "coach d is always keeping it real." He brings enthusiasm and optimism and I think he'll do very well.
