Anyone else feel like picking the bowl games this year is extremely difficult? In the past I've had no problem with at least 10 games (usually ending up winning 9/10) but this year I'm going back and forth on every game besides 3-4.

Do each of the games lock into place when it starts? Can I still move games after tomorrow that haven't been played?

You can make selections up to five (I'd be cautious and say 15) minutes before each game and can move them confidence points to the still available confidence points amount.

Example, if I pick ND today at 35 points, I can switch the game pick at any time before that game starts, and can switch to a different confidence point, assuming I haven't assigned that amount to an already-played game.

So in other words, you can select the games as you go along, but the confidence points played already are off the board and you can select points only among the remaining unplayed confidence points.

Confidence is fun for the top few games but there are so many I'm clearly guessing....Also, I had to select my confidence manually because I couldn't drag and drop on my phone and I got bored and left them mostly in order. We'll see how it goes!
