Now not labeled a Notre Dame verbal on rivals
I just noticed the same thing but Scout has him as a verbal still. What gives?

i thought rivals had him un-identified as a commit for awhile.
Rivals too. The situation is actually pretty clear now. HE is personally committed to playing for ND if he can, the staff has not formally accepted his commitment because he is not qualified but would like to have him, and he will retake tests on December 7th and that will determine if ND is an option for him.
Scout and ISD still I guess consider him a "commit"... Rivals flopped him back to uncommitted, 247 never listed him as a commit, and I have no idea on ESPN.
i KNOW A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE SWEATING THIS OUT, BUT I'M JUST GLAD THE SITUATION IS PRETTY CLEAR, RATHER THAN A DGB SITUATION WHERE IT HAPPENS AT LAST MINUTE AND NO FANS REALLY KNOW THE TRUTH (AT LEAST NOT FANS LIKE ME).
why are you yelling bro?

I can picture Kuehnja yelling at the computer and his mom telling him to shut up because her soaps are on.

MAAAAAAAHHHHHMMMMMM......MEATLOAF!!!
Also of note in ISD Intel, McKenzie noted that he is NOT visiting Rutgers next weekend. This makes sense when you consider the fact that he has been planning on retaking his test that weekend. We'll see what happens.

If he visits,he's relinquished himself to subpar test scores essentially barring admission...?
Or am I reading way too much into this?
Pretty sure that is an accurate read on the situation. Would be a horrible move on his part if what I heard about his scores being too low to pass NCAA minimums is true... so you have to imagine it's not going to happen.
If this is true, him getting accepted at ND is a huge longshot, no?
I fully support ND academics, but just feel bad that a kid with this much passion towards ND can't get in. You have to put your time in the classroom, though, simple as that. I've seen way too many kids realize they are late to the party in the 11th hour.

So I guess II was off on this one. Evidently Alford and Diaco visited Isaiah on Wednesday and reiterated that they want him in the class, contingent upon him getting the requisite test scores, per ISD.
Faithless is he who says goodbye when the road darkens.
Get that score IM!
