Early Jacksonville at Denver line is Broncos -28. I've don't think I've ever seen an NFL line over 21.5.

Nuts.

I'm lazy to look it up but wasn't San Fran vs. San Diego Super bowl in the high 20's" I think it was 94'??
Edit(.. It was 18 at start but I know It was higher after the championship game.. anyhow This is a reverse reverse reverse psychology bet.. ha!

So i took 7 games this week, which is the special in my area so 50-1. I put 20 dollars on the seven games total. Picked 1 college game and 6 NFL games. Covered on every single game except the college game.....i thought Georgia -11 over Tennessee was gold for the grand case. I dare someone to do the math, i about cried when i looked at my pick em sheet

I never bet more than 3 games in a straight parlay because what happened to you always happened to me. I love 7 game round robins. I've hit pretty big before by only missing 1/7.

Yeah this is two weeks in a row a college team has screwed me. Safe to say ill stick to NFL games for now on. The 50-1 sucks me in almost every time

I looked it up earlier this morning after I posted that---I think I read NE was -23.5 against the Eagles in 07 and 49ers Bengals was similar in 93. Then there was a large spread the 70s when Tampa Bay was an expansion team against the Steelers.

I have made a fair amount of money off of Baylor and Oregon this year. Eventually they won't cover, but ride the train while you can!

Just did a 7 game parlay for NFL this weekend. Put 25 down. Chance to win 540.

Over in the Giants Bears game (46.5)
KC to win outright
Green Bay to win outright
Houston to win outright
San Fran to win outright
Indianapolis(-1) against San Diego
Over in the Broncos Jags game (53.5)

Also, no money lines on the site I am on yet, but I am going to do a big parlay of just money lines I think:
Alabama over Kentucky
North Illinois over Akron
Buffalo over Western Michigan
Oklahoma over Texas(maybe)
Clemson over Boston College
Ohio over Central Michigan
UCLA over Cal
Troy over Georgia State

I feel like pretty much all those besides the OK-Texas games are locks. Definitely would not be a huge pay out since most of them are locks, but I think it would still be worth it.

There are some EXTREMELY generous spreads for road teams this week. I think I might parlay all of these favorites except maybe Oregon.

Michigan -2.5 @ Penn St.
South Carolina -6 @ Arkansas
Baylor -17 @ Kansas
Oregon -13.5 @ Washington
Stanford -8 @ Utah
Alabama -27.5 @ Kentucky
Texas A&M -6 @ Ole Miss

I would be nervous parlaying that. Penn State is not that good, but it is at PSU and UM is not as good as advertised either. SCar is meh. Good on Baylor. Uneasy about Oregon here, although I would take the over here. Like Stanford by at least 10. Like Alabama by at least 28. I like TAMU there.

My plays for this week are
Buffalo -11 @ Western(put a lot on this one)
Oklahoma -14 vs Texas
Temple +21.5 @ Cincy
Arizona State -25 vs Colorado
Giants +8 @ Bears
Over 45.5 Bears/Giants game

And a 7 team parlay of all money lines...

Marshall over FAU
Houston over Memphis
Stanford over Utah
Oklahoma over Texas
Texas Tech over ISU
Ball State over Kent State
Buffalo over Western Michigan

PSU lost to UCF at home and to Indiana by 20. Essentially betting the moneyline on the game. I agree about Oregon being shaky but I don't think Washington is good enough to keep it close. South Carolina isn't great but Arkansas is pretty average.

Parlays are for fools.

I don't see how mine is. The spread in all of mine I betted on is at or above 10, and I went based on the money line. Chance to win 3x the amount I put down for games that I believe are locks? I will take it that chance.

We'll revisit this after the weekend.

I took the Bears -7.5 and the over tonight in a parlay. Looking good so far.

Forte is on my fantasy team and I am a Bears fan.

So needless to say, I approve of a late Forte TD.

I hear ya Wooly, but two and three team parlays have treated me pretty well through the years. The only real way to be profitable long term though, is w/ straight bets.

Louisville really had to crap the bed last night to not cover, and they did. Fumbling, getting fg blocked, and a pick in the end zone. Thanks for nothing Teddy Heisman.

That said, ended up quite a bit on the night w/ West Alabama (5 dimes does FCS) and USC.

Haha understandable. I have the Bears giving 7.5 and the O/U at 47.5.

It is looking pretty good.

Saw the spread of the Bosnia and Herzegovina vs Leichtenstein game was only -3.5, -4 and got in on it 5 mins before start... Bosnia up 4-0 at half. One more goal gents!

and of course they do nothing in the second half... oh well. small bet.

FSU opened as 22 point favorites versus a Top 10 Miami team.

not gonna touch it, but if I did it would be on FSU.

Went 10-1-1 this weekend betting. If it wasn't for Clemson would have went 11-1.

My success in betting on the MAC and PAC 12 are ridiculously good.

I think FSU -22 is a safe bet. Hit a nice 4 game NFL parlay this weekend. I'm betting a lot on Seattle -11.5 tonight.

ATL messed up an 8 game parlay I had. Didn't put much on it, but the payout would have been enormous. Typically stay away from parlays now(thanks to wooly).

I think Seattle is pretty safe, but it moved on my site to -13.

I'm going to try to get FSU -21 and bet on it. Miami is horrible. Anything is possible in college football, but on paper FSU should win this something like 55-10.

Teasing this to 21 will definitely be ideal.

Atlanta also screwed me on another parlay. I bet the first half moneyline on like 6 1oclock games and Atlanta at 4. Hit all the 1pms.

On that note, I've had a lot more success with NFL this year than college. Very weird because that has never been the case for me.

We need to start sharing our picks on here before the games! I had a profitable weekend, up 2.5 units, b/c OU was my number 1 game of the weekend....unfortunately I was correct on my #'s 3-6 also, but #2 game-Mizzou had an epic 4th quarter/o.t. meltdown to cost me quite a bit of money (not lost---just profit on parlays). I like to bet my straight up games and then parlay them for very low risk high reward, MU cost me a 6 teamer, and a 2 and 3 teamer. I already hated them, now I REALLY hate them.
