He was not dropped for simply 'cursing' on twitter. There is a reason every other school dropped him and he was basically forced to go to Colorado to be able to play D-1 his freshman year. Not sure if Rutgers even would have still taken him, but the big boys certainly weren't.

Yuri wasn't a 5 on any site. Wouldn't have ended up at UC Boulder if he was.

Yeah apparently you were right idk if he dropped later in the cycle because of the twitter fiasco but his 247 composite is #63 overall

Regardless what the incident was with Wright, something happened at the end of the recruiting cycle that prevented a borderline 5 star recruit from attending Notre Dame. I think he qualifies. Alquadin Muhammad also qualifies.

Durham Smythe (Texas)
Doug Randolph (Stanford)

I think the point of this thread is that while ND's recruiting has been great overall, there seems to be a disproportionate number of highly ranked players that end up not at ND for one reason or another.

I generally agree with this exercise, but Fuller and Smythe were not the same level of talent as the guys mentioned in the original post. There are a bunch of low 4 star / 3 star guys that left ND too (Perkins and Taylor Decker come to mind).
