He's a DE/DT recruit that will play DE in a 3-4 but can play DT in our 4-3 sets. I don't think he is a full time NG though he probably could do it if he had to.

He's a DE/DT, so he'll be moved to DT when we go 4-3. I don't think the staff plans on him playing NT as of right now.

You will, but its very easy from a personnel perspective to go from our 3-4 look Tuitt, Nix, Day with Shembo at OLB to our 4-3 look Tuitt Nix Day Shembo (hand on the ground) without subbing in players.
