Won't be USC, even though he goes to Serra now, they haven't had time to brainwash him. At heart, Adoree is a St. Louis kid. IMO it will be LSU but I'd give UCLA and Florida a good shot too

Suprised he doesn't list LSU in his Top 4, said they were one of his childhood favorites and seems like a perfect fit, maybe they aren't recruiting him that hard.

he's been straying away from LSU it seems like. Something could be up there, idk?

I've heard him say he's an Illinois kid, not a Cali one and that he wouldn't mind returning to the midwest to play his college ball. He actually lists Illinois in his top 4, which is pretty shocking, because it's well Illinois.

If he is good at track he will be good in any program. George and Josh have been successful in the ND track program.

I read the same with Kasen Williams and Arkansas two years ago. The kid will be on a football scholarship.

If he does not come to Notre Dame, it will be because does not like enough or because he prefers other options (i think it's the case with him).

I'll eat all of the shoes if he goes to michigan.

if track really is as big of a deal as he says he won't be going to Michigan IMO.

IF he did pick Michigan though, holy hell that would be a dynamic CB duo. Michigan would be loaded at CB in 2014. Current starter Raymon Taylor would be a senior, current starter Blake Countess a Redshirt Junior, they'd have Jackson and Peppers as freshmen and they'd also likely have 4* Parrker Westphal as well, and then they'd have 247Composite 4*'s Terry Richardson, Jourdan Lewis, Ross Douglass, and Delano Hill to go along with a few other 3*'s CB's they've signed from 2011, 2012, and 2013. All they'd really need is for Dymonte Thomas to pan out at one of the safety spots as a sophomore and they'd have a completely insane defensive backfield in 2014.

The Atkinsons don't run track anymore and Adoree has said multiple times the #1 factor in his recruitment will be track

They'd probably intercept as many passes as Morris is gonna throw.

I saw somewhere that Adoree said he liked Michigan because "they play their players both ways", among other reasons. I have also heard Jabrill talk about the possibility of playing both ways. Is Hoke pulling a Meyer/Harvin and telling all of the 5 star athletes they can be the next Charles Woodson? Can BK start telling all of the 5 star DL they will be the next Leon Hart?

Reusing my old joke, but Michigan always goes both ways.

Reusing my old joke, but Michigan always goes both ways.

My sincerest apologies. I would NEVER use someone else's joke and pass it off as my own. I've read almost every post on IE recruiting threads during the 1.5 years I stalked this site before finally registering and, now that you say it, I vaguely remember you posting the Leon Hart joke.

I will vigorously scour this site the next time I make an attempt at a joke to ensure it hasn't been used before. Haha, 'both ways', that's rich. Bi-sexuals are so fun to make fun of. Reps!

Adoree' Jackson releases his top 10 via twitter, in alphabetical order.

Florida
Florida St
Illinois
LSU
Michigan
Notre Dame
Oklahoma St
Tennessee
UCLA
USC

Oklahoma St seems like the sore thumb that is sticking out to me.

Michigan, Illinois, and ND make sense, Adoree' is originally from the region.

USC/UCLA are the hometown teams.

Then you have the 3 SEC schools + FSU (which is kinda like an SEC school, right?)

If track is as big of a factor as people seem to say it will be (but kids often change their minds) I expect to see him at LSU, FSU, or USC when all is said and done.

Notre Dame is a tradition school. I like talking to the coaches and I talk to them about academics. The alumni base there is all around the world and there's great fan support."

insider...we were the least talked about in the article w/ him in terms of talking about each school along w/ okl st.

Jackson posted the top long jump mark in the nation two weeks ago and is very serious about jumping in the 2016 Olympics, which means a strong track and field program will go a long ways in helping the football program on the recruiting trail.

Word around the rivals camp was he's a silent to Florida but when asked he dispelled those rumors. Positive note when Elijah was getting interviewed Jackson passed by and yelled "Notre Dame." In which Elijah replied "You should go there."

Don't worry about USC. He is absolutely not going there unless something drastic changes. Tee Martin is recruiting him and they have a good relationship, but he has only talked to the new DC once, and he doesn't have a good relationship with Kiffy either. And this is coming from his 7 on 7 coach, Chris Hawkins' dad. USC blew it with him by offering so late and losing so badly this year.
