Come on Man, the pacers are better than the hawks and you know it. Playoff basketball and regular season basketball are basically two different sports

Yep playoffs are totatly different. My Bulls beat the Knicks all 4 times this year but I would still pick the Knicks over the Bulls in a playoff series.

Don't want to competely defile a Knicks thread full of Bulls talk as I do respect the season the Knicks have had this year but I will give my take on D-Rose.

I'm going to say NO to him playing this year. Although you hear a different story every day.

I got to be honest I don't understand this. The Doctors medically cleared Rose over a month ago. To me if you have been medically cleared you should be playing. I was all for the slow cautious approach with him and I'm sure the Doctors were too. To me though once your cleared get your a$$ out there.

I think it is more of a mental hurdle with D-Rose. To me though he should be paid his salary from the point he was medically cleared until he plays.

They have had a great year, but two central division fans hijacking a knicks thread......I personally enjoy it

The pacers are the better team, you can tell simply by looking at melo and J.R. faces. The defense of the Pacers is simply confusing them. Also on the defensive note, the pacers D is the best i have seen in years

They aren't confused, they are frustrated. The Pacer's D is good, especially with Hibbert on the interior, but come on, how many wide open shots (mainly 3's) have the Knicks missed, especially JR?

The Knicks have built their offense around living and dying from the 3 point line. If JR, Melo, Kidd, Shumpert, etc are not making them, and Woody refuses to play Novak or Copeland, then we have no shot.

Can't win if you can't make shots, but there are some confusing coaching moves compounding the problem IMO.

Tonight is what happens when this series is even r emotely reasonsbly officiated. Its funny that the Pacers still had 33 free throws while the knicks had only 17. If the refs called the pacers on their potential fouls/tecs consistently this would be a very different series.

If any Knick ran their mouth like west they would be repeatedly T'd up

The knicks may have won this last game but lets look at a few things. Melo scored 28 points on 28 shots, JR smith is still hit or miss, GH didnt play and the pacers were awful from the free throw line. I honestly am not that nervous about game six simply because the pacers played AWFUL and still were in the game. Now if the knicks come out and win game 6, then ill be super nervous haha

Please, when Melo and JR stand and hold the ball for 15 seconds then go 1 on 1 four a jump shot, you aren't gonna get to the free throw line. Furthermore if you really believe the NBA has a fix in for the Knicks or would rather have the Pacers win, you are nuts.

You better be worried if they are without George Hill for game 6. I heard on Mike and Mike this morning he may not be able to play due to NBA concussion rules.

The Knicks have driven to the hoop plenty. They just get no calls. The free throw differential with the Pacers playing more physically does not make sense. I dont know what he refs logic or reasoning is, but the #s dont lie. Theuvhave called ticky tack junk agsinst Knicks the whole series and they call minimal against the Pacers. For every 3 fouls Hibbert commits he gets called for one. He rarely contests a shot by going vertical with his arms straight up like your supposed to/ I was taught. There is no way he gets those calls against thr NBAs darling LBJ during the next series.
