I mean Jashon is already listed at 6'4, 240 and could still be growing, as a '15 prospect. He could get huge. I don't love Ishaq in space, and I think I'd feel the same about Jason.

I agree with you here. He's a highly athletic DE guy, but in my eyes he is still a DE.

Exactly. Nothing frustrates me more than when Bobby has Ishaq 10 yards from the line of scrimmage on third down.

Look for him to come back to ND for the Spring Game.

He's completed 3 semesters of high school...less than half of his time required there.

Yea thats pretty ridiculous considering he just finished his sophomore year. I wish he could re-classify to 2014, redshirt a year at ND, and then be ready to ballout in 2016.

The thing about Ishaq in space is that with his length he shuts down passing lanes. You dont always see it bc the ball isnt thrown his way and he doesnt make the play, but he does make the play in that he takes the seam/dig away. Which means the route has to be to the sideline which the ball travels across the field if they throw to his side. CAT dropping is a little overrated too, Shembo rarely dropped, and Ishaq was off the line bc ND wasnt going to Nickel/Dime last year. I think this year you will see him get after the qb more with ND having DBs that can play on 3rd and long. Jashon would be awesome bc he would be able to do both and right now the sky is the limit for this kid

Nothing too earth shattering. Kelly jokingly told him not to do too well at the Adidas camp so other schools don't pick up on how good he is, so he could be disappointed with the results. Staff wants him to come back for spring game, which he plans to do. He doesn't have a list of favorites, but ND is sitting well with him right now.

This past weekend, Cornell talked extensively with the coaches about the football program and the academics at Notre Dame. The Irish staff believes Cornell, who does not hold an Irish offer, could be an impact player in Notre Dame’s 3-4 defensive scheme.

“They also told me they like what I do at my positions and that the position I play is really important because of the defense that they play,” Cornell said. “So if I decide to go there they’ll like me to play an outside linebacker position which will also play defensive end.”

"Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and I think Nebraska is starting to step in, too," he said. "I'm hoping for Michigan to offer soon. I think we're going to try visit there next time we come up for the Sound Mind Sound Body camp. We'll probably go to Notre Dame, too."
